ESPN desperately needs to jump on the F1 train sooner rather than later. Yes I know the races are on the channel but more interviews like this are needed
F1 here in MIami was a huge success for the spectacle alone. Over 40,000 more people attended than last year, the initial race. The event is full of celebrities and glamour. The problem is that the racing itself is putrid. There's really little mystique left to the racing product itself.

I always watched F1 since the mid 80s and its really only been this Hamilton fella who started back in 2007 has always been the guy to beat and you cannot trust this guy if he gets given the right car as he has proven time and time again why hes the best by leading the pack
I have to respect him for the move to mercedes. It really looked like a stupid thing to do at the Time. Today its one of the best moves an F1 driver has done
There was very little risk involved , Niki lauda said he could guarantee him a title winning car . Merc had been developing the hybrid power units in development with FIA to get the rules and regs and nerc had an unlimited budget . Mercedes f1 was started by pretty much an f1 dream team behind scenes and even brought Schumacher in as driver to set up finishing touches . So it was a pretty safe move
I was one of the ones who said he was dumb for going to Mercedez Instead of Ferrari, and he proved us all wrong. Can they get back on top before he has to retire? I doubt it. But you never know.

When Lauda call you and you are in "so-so" team, you say yes :) from history we know, he always had very good sense, how successful team should run and Brawn together with big corporation like Mercedes with big infrastructure and financial background obviously promise big things. I think Lewis move was never so blind move, as people want to represent it. Sure there was no guarantees, but if anybody did homework, he could see this team promise big things. The rest is History.
Nah , the decision to go to Mercedes had no risk . By the time the hybrid era started mercs car was so dominant the risk was zero , before that all they had to do was get the team ready , mechanics, engineers , etc , Schumacher was brought in to work with them for a driver point of view to set them up and get them ready
Mercedes are really late in the game but the most important thing is this guy if he gets that car capable that can be within Drs range of the Rb19 and if the rear grip improves we will get to see the best out of Hamilton 8th Championship
I do so hope that Lewis goes on to contribute himself to public life after he has retired from driving. He's a good communicator, but more importantly he delivers well considered opinions and seems always to offer his heart and mind for the benefit of humanity. Yes, he's filthy rich, but he's essentially a good, respectable gentleman. What a role model! (Max could do with emulating some of these qualities...)
It should really be like “how do I get my game back” ? Personally what on Earth happened to him ? Since his defeat with Max for the World Championship, it seems as if he lost that excellence he once had in the sport. Now although Red Bull is and has been my team I support, I still feel that fighting edge hidden in Hamilton must come out to make this sport more challenging
Can't believe the lads 38 now where does the time go I think any guy or woman would have loved the life of a racing driver he's had more excitement in his 38 years than 10 "everyday guy or girls" get in a lifetime I wonder where on the ladder his next reincarnation will be !!

When Lewis says diversity he means black, there is loads and loads of diversity in F1 but for Lewis asian and latin is not diversity, problem dear Lewis is not racism or sexism but simply a lack of interest from black people and women in STEM field education. And your F1 in the future doesn't exist either, where are all the women in sim racing ? who is keeping women and black people too from competing in the new entry to motorsport Sim racing ? Lewis his identity politics don't belong in F1 or any sport
He means diversity in a broader way than blacks/whites. Course he's more concerned about racism about blacks as he faced it as a kid. But I think he learns more and more. At least he's doing something...All the others apart from Vettel haven't done a lot imho

You're looking at color. You shouldn't be. That only reveals your inner intolerance. This is about stardom. Lewis is massively more popular and a celebrity figure who happens to be a person of color. That's the only truth.
First of all, cinco de mayo is a made up Holliday for only white Americans and it literally has nothing to do with us Latinos especially Mexicans lol. Secondly, ESPN has already been doing interviews with a bunch of the other drivers and principles earlier. Go look up the videos lol. And lastly, Lewis is the biggest name when it comes to F1, not interviewing him is like not interviewing Lebron for the NBA or Brady for the NFL 😂🤦🏽♂️
