Thanks for sharing. My anxiety is through the roof. I’m taking Kalms most days aswell as my regular hrt which I’ve been on for 7yrs. I’m a nitemare passenger driver at the mo 🙈 and my OCD is causing problems at home. Just need some ME time and a proper rest 🙏🏻 xx

OCD is horrendous - I've been there so send you all my thoughts. Try meditation and perhaps some CBT? I also found this to be a fantastic help www.amazon.co.uk/Overcoming-Anxiety-2nd-behavioural-techniques-ebook/dp/B00GHK733Y/

Thanks for sharing. I struggled in a similar way. Thoughts and feelings similar. An understanding Dr, HRT and confidence boosting workshops really helped. I had to drum in the good confidence messages through RU-vid videos and tony robbins each and every day.

That's really good advice - women are so bad at confidence. Thanks for watching x

My story? Best-case scenario ever. Menopause is as much a non-issue--physically, mentally, & emotionally--as I expected it to be. I decided at around 30 that the only line of demarcation between my reproductive years & menopause would be the presence versus the absence of the monthly blood, nothing else. So all I feel now is free, a reversion of sorts to my pre-menstrual years. I also lost weight more easily after 50; I'm back to my grade 12 weight, take no medications of any kind, eat well (no junk food) & exercise regularly. But in my case, menstruation was barely an issue--not a single cramp since day 1 (11 to 52), no PMS, no sugar cravings or mood swings, nothing other than the monthly flow of blood, often without advance warning. But I'm also athletic & (happily) have never been pregnant. Honestly, I don't believe any female in the history of womankind has had an easier time of menstruation than I...& my good fortune is repeating itself in menopause--exactly as I expected. Not a single cramp before; not a single hot flash now. I'm not a unicorn here--there are others like me. I'm not a hostage to my hormones, never was. Womanhood in & of itself is a social construct to which I have always been supremely indifferent but this is not a concept easily explained to mortals who take themselves seriously AS women. I've transcended that nonsense in my teens; I'm simply ME, consciously aligned with my Truth at every stage in life.
