So amazing explanation OMG you helped me a lot which made me to understand what I'm going through. One day headache migraine other day heart raises, stomach bloating like when I'm eating I think the food was the reason but its the perimenopause ( I'm 50 now which I don't know which stage I'm 13 months didn't come and for 2 months came regularly now for 3 months hasn't come yet ) stressful and I learnt a lot first ( LOVE AND RESPECT YOURSELF AND GIVE YOURSELF GOOD FOOD )...because I'm not that person who I'm now. Is my smile coming back ☺ I thank you from my bottom of my heart ❤ just a question should I take paracetamol for headache and omeprazole when I have those pains thanks

You're welcome, glad to be of help! If you want natural remedies for these symptoms you could try White Willow for the headaches and Centaurium or a Digestive Bitter for the stomach symptoms. Best Wishes Eileen
