Then committing an extremely violent crime and getting off using said fame and fortune whilst appropriating a political/racial equality movement he never supported. Perception is always greater than the truth in the USA.

There's is *NO SUCH* thing as a *"BLACK"* community. If u don't own a supermarket, a bank, etc & the *"black"* dollar being circulated *throughout* the neighborhood. *5, 6, 7,...10* times before it leaves that's when u have a community. Tulsa Oklahoma *(Black Wall St.)* was the last of a black community. Those folks *OWNED MULTIPLE BUSINESSES* (& we know what happened there). When u have ownership, funds circulating throughout the neighborhood, then & only then, do u have a community. We as *"Blacks"* just rent. We don't *OWN* We just live in said communities which happen to occupy black folk...that does *NOT* make it a community. In other cultures, like Latin, Jewish, Asian, just to name a few, that dollar is being circulated throughout their respective neighborhoods. We *(Black folk)* take our funds & make others rich/wealthy. What I am learning is that it's about culture & the money system & how it works. But again, *NO SUCH* thing as a *Black* community.

OJ is one of the very best football players that ever lived. Impossible to argue against that. Off the field, he’s a controversial and dark figure. Trial of the century, impossible to argue against that as well even though he was found not guilty.

It is so wonderful to see African-American males being real about OJ and the way they now see and understand how he never really acknowleged or embraced his "blackness" then turned around and used it as a legal tool when it suited him then once the trial was done he went right on back to his "white world". I'm glad so many members of the black community are finally acknowledging this.
