Shoppers are people who roam around, check around things without any plan to buy stuff but to get general idea of the market. Buyers are people who visit a retailer with the sole reason to buy. It's planned way of doing purchases. In layman terms people often say "going for some marketing" which basically means buying with planned. For example if someone wants to buy a tshirt they wouldn't visit a footwear shop. This is buying or "going for marketing" in local terms If someone wants to get a general idea of random stuff in a place, they would say "Going for shopping" It doesn't matter if they buy something or not. You can say buying saves time while shopping is basically hanging out to pass time. Both are not work obviously😂 He used them as fillers lol and people took it seriously.
