Can Christian’s watch RU-vidrs that are athiest? And can Christian watch documentaries including about witchcraft? I wanted to ask because I plan on watching a documentary about it when it’s on tubi tv on friday this week because I wanted to learn about the history of witchcraft and understand more why we should stay away from witchcraft and about ghost hunting which I don’t know much about and it has one of my favorite actresses (It’s Vanessa hudgens) in it and that I’m subscribed to both athiest and Christian RU-vid channels on RU-vid. I still wanna learn about the history of witchcraft and i wanna know about ghost hunting. Also, can Christian’s be friends with unbelievers as in athiests?

Great questions! There is no blanket answer to these questions, unfortunately. They are a matter of personal conviction. If you feel like any one of those things may hurt your faith or your relationships with others and God, then that is something to avoid. Just because it's a topic about something that is anti-biblical, that doesn't necessarily make it an automatic "no." You do need to be discerning about how things like this affect you personally though. For example, many Christians study cults so that they can have a better understanding of what others believe. Then they can better share their own faith in a context that those who have come out of cults can relate to. However, if someone finds themselves considering joining that cult, then they should probably stay away from things on that topic. Does that make sense?
