Attack on our justice system have fallen to immunity , to serves self interest while the common man facing criminal issues have no immunity , such nonsense
It used to be better? A little? In the 1990s, we always had that swing justice either way that usually erred on the side of history -- we had a good court. But the Citizens United ruling in 2010 started the snowball into corporate capture of our government. Sad.....
According to rational law , a head of state if committed any crime , he / she should be punish by double sentence from normal punishment , because a head of state supposed to be a model of law . If apposite he should be punished as model of punishment as a deterrence for common people .
"And I beheld another beast (an empire) coming up out of the earth, and he (the USA) had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as the dragon (Satan). Revelation 13:11
"No it has not changed" The Supreme Court said Trump would likely be entitled to immunity, but not if his actions were not found to be "Official Acts." Now, the Supreme Court must Define what "Official Acts" Means.
Great episode, each response was well thought. I'm still in shock that SCOTUS would remove the balance of power and give the POTUS blanket authority. July 4th means nothing. 😢
One problem that I see with this decision is the fact that all a president has to do if they want to commit a criminal act is just simply cloak that act in some sort of way that makes it appear to be an official act.
The ruling is a ticket to be a criminal without consequences for the rich. Only common poor Americans have to obey the law because they have no money to fight and power to object.
So how does it work if he orders staff to do unlawful acts? Do they get immunity, or will it just keep going the way it has been where many people working for him paying the consequences even going to jail but he never does? No sympathy for those who do either, but allegedly he did try to order staff to do ridiculously illegal things in his first term.
I notice you keep on cutting off what trump said after the "lets go to the capitol" Joe is going to need that immunity when the question of supplieing weapons to a nation commiting ethnic cleansing. ( not looking for hostages ... that part is ok )
Understand, i barely made it out of high school. But I can read. Ihave been making this post for a while now. You are the first to reply. Now help me out. The 25th amendment has nothing to do with the ELECTING of the president, does it? My understanding of the 25th tells us what to do once a president/vice president has been elected and then compromised in some way, and how to REPLACE him. Please help me to understand my interpretation of it. Please and thank you.
@@tedyoung2143Impeachment is the word you’re working with and when was the last time a president was successfully impeached? I’m saying that the charges are faulty, so this decision was justified.
@MuchkinCat-yk9in wow, riveting response. Let me ponder that for a moment. There’s just so much to think about and research.. maybe I was wrong…. Lol 🤣🤣🤣 what boostah are you on? If you’re not on number 4, Dawktah Tony is going to be mad.. you don’t want to get the beagle treatment, do you?🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@PC-tc5je I think this response illustrates exactly why your earlier comment was only worthy of 'OK Boomer'. If you would like a material response, please think of something valuable or insightful.
@MuchkinCat-yk9in My comment shows the hypocrisy of people..maybe try getting your head out of the sand and look up.. it seems to be going over your head…. K sweetheart? 😘
