Mr manager let me tell you something. When my mom prepared shito and send it to me in Europe. My oyibo wife finished it within a week. Because she eat it with everything bread, egg even eat it alone without anything , since then she send money to my mom for the shito.
I was surprised when my Chinese friend brought three of her friends to my house just for them to also have taste of shito from Ghana. In fact, they almost finished everything that day. Lol

Shito taste so good that when u smell the aroma you will definitely want to taste.. it taste good with almost every meal like jollof rice, plane rice, banking and pepper source, it taste good even in groundnut soup don't forget the almighty kenkey and tilapia... Shito is coded to have originated from Ghana which is a fact that cannot be erased, regardless if other countries try to steal it or not as my people are afraid of, but as a Ghanaian, i feel happy that people from other countries especially our twin (Nigeria) are hyping our delicasies which us a good thing. Also he should try wakye and shito with everything on it. Wakye, gari, spaghetti, shredded lettuce, wale, boiled egg, red stew, shito , fried fish and then meat or chicken. How to eat it is, in the bowl or on the leaves, mix everything with your hands together and tear up the fish into bite and mix with it and now enjoy the wakye. I tell you, if you try this food, you’ll never eat any other food again cause it very addicting.
Shito goes with everything oo. See, it goes with yam (boiled or fried) plain rice, jollof, waakye, Eba then you add sardine to the shito, Gari-foto (Garshit), etc

We've been eating shito since Independence..... It's not a trend, we've been eating it since.... It's just a kind of hot spicy crayfish or powdered dried herring sauce. It's multi purpose because it goes with every meal.

Let's me teach you how I prepared my Gari with shito back at my high school. Get some Gari in a bowl sprinkle some salt and water on it to soften it then slice some onions on it then put some reasonable amount of shito on it mix them together, enjoy your meal😂
