This video shows what ppl are wearing in Yorkville only. There are so many other neighbourhoods in TO where folks are more creative and original, and they don't rely solely on inaccessible designer brands. Wearing designer head-to-toe, while it can look nice, is not having style, it's just having money. Hope you feature more neighbourhoods/more diverse senses of style.
I love this show! How cool! If I were to be stopped and interviewed it would be like "my dress is handmade, my jewelry is thrifted, and my purse is from Kohls using my 30% off coupon" Lol but seriously, appreciate all these beautiful fashionistas!
I would say this was my absolute favorite video you have done!!! I love the Toronto style!! Such chic, elegant & just genuine beautiful people. I need to visit Toronto now!
This must be in one spot in Toronto because most Canadians can’t dress,. I live there and I go to all the posh spots and most of them don’t dress so well. But nice video never the less.
Yorkville style is very expensive but elegant. Loved seeing the young South Asian woman in Zara. Please also do a similar interview video on Dundas West or Bloorcourt/Bloordale or West Queen West sometime! ❤🎉
Love these compilation videos! Your questions are relevant & the people you choose for these interviews are fantastic!Thank you for the inspiration you provide from a variety of ages❤
How is it that all of these women are wearing designer brands from head to toe?? And, they can remember which piece belongs to which designer including the rings, earrings and bracelets!
Everything about the woman in the two piece white outfit was stunning- the people walking by her- including the older woman in the short tight strapless dress are more on point with what I observe as Toronto fashion. I notice in other videos from Milan and Paris there's an elevated standard more generally- I don't think that would describe Toronto fashion. Finding people in Yorkville- the high end of Toronto- make sense for these interviews as I don't think that's the norm outside of Yorkville and carefully selected "pockets" in Toronto and the broader Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Really enjoying these videos and interviews as it's very insightful to notice the similarities and differences across different cities and it's fascinating to see the thought process behind "Styling" one's self to "go out into the world" vs. simply getting dressed to leave the house!
Sadly many parts of downtown Toronto has really become apocalyptic, so much mental health and drug use. It makes me very sad, although sometimes we have to laugh 🙃
Damn women in Toronto are fancy, I feel a little shabby watching this video! I'm in Montreal, people here are fashionable, but I feel like you don't see as much that looks obviously high end designer here
They look lovely, but this was filmed in an area called Yorkville. Yorkville is a fairly small area where the luxury brands and very expensive condos are located. It isn’t typical Toronto at all.
I like how the first person said her sister is her inspiration and she doesn’t look to Instagram for influence; while dressing exactly like all the influencers on Instagram. Btw, this isn’t representative of wealthy people at all. It’s just representative of people who buy luxury products. 33 percent of LMVH consumers make the average income in the US.
Ok I know there’s a few complaining about the area your in but everyone looked well put together regardless of price tag. Simple, elegant and good quality clothes. And they they all look like they can actually afford what they have on so I don’t have an issue with it.
Love your channel and your style! Retirement has reduced my spending, but it hasn't changed my style! Because I chose H Q D UPS ha! Thank you for another great video!!
Nice to see Canadian fashion. We always see fashion from Italy and Milan in particular. Fashion in Toronto is very classic and it looks as good or better than anything from Europe.
This RU-vidr is wonderful at capturing people with great style, because I live in Toronto and the average person looks like they just rolled out of bed lol
I enjoy watching your channel but why do you always ask what they're wearing then answer for them? It's so annoying! Much of the time the wearer can rarely get out a designers name before you're interjecting😢
Something is wrong with peoples priorities when insane money is spent on superficial ridiculous self adorning worthless items. You can’t taken it with you.
The most interesting ladies were the ones that were wearing things that were not obviously designer. They all looked nice but those ladies were more unique.
J’adore regarder tes vidéos que je viens de découvrir par hasard ! Je suis du Québec , je peux voir que les femmes de Toronto sont vêtues avec beaucoup de goût et beaucoup de vêtements de marques ! Et elles sont très gentilles ! 👌 🥰🌸🌺🍀
