Thank you Father Pine. When praying, being distracted by my internal monologue, and having my focus diverted by my propensity to spontaneously fantasize, is a huge problem for me. If I devote a mere 10 minutes to prayer, nearly 5 of those minutes is spent struggling to refocus my mind after it has drifted off into some imagined scenario that I have concocted in my head. Your advice is helpful.

I have moments that I pray thanking God in the morning and at night before going to sleep, to the Holy Spirit and de Cornonilla of the 5 Wounds of Jesus and Hails Mary, but when I am cleaning my house I like to pray so my mind doesent fly to things I dont like, Is it ok to pray while doing house stuff? thank you Father for your advices!!
