Some other powers you did not talk about in the video: -Billy from MMPR, while technically not a super power, he was a genius with an absurd amount of knowledge of sciencie and technology, that was far beyond what humanity knew at that point (and they never explained how he did he learned all that) -Kimberly from MMPR, she made Tommy cry, and she did it from a different state. -Justin from Turbo, he was 12 years old, yet he could legally drive a Truck, and had the mind of a 25 years old. -Leo from Lost Galaxy, had fire powers. -Doggy Krueger from SPD, had the ability to fit his giant dog head in a human sized helmet
Billy's genius was more of a natural talent since he had an affinity for science and invention and did well in school. Kimberly just broke his heart via letter lol Justin was said to be a genius and was promoted several grades to high school. His driving he said that Alpha taught him to drive in the movie and possibly the show. And was likely more mature than most kids his age as a result of his advanced intellect. Leo had fire powers courtesy of his Sentai counterpart which were nature themed and the rest of the team could harness elemental powers in theory. Their power poses pointed at their elements, along with their Quasar Saber finishers via the graphics. Some Rangers were able to shapeshift to fit into more conventional Ranger suits like Justin grew in his morph sequence, Kruger and Zenowing could likely do the same. A one-off gag in Dekranger showed that Kruger had a removable snout to Kat/Swan
I always believed the ranger forms aren't actually suits, but their bodies simply taking on a super powered form. Meaning characters that aren't traditionally human shaped, like Krueger, aren't fitting their heads into helmets, but their heads merge with them so the helmets ARE their heads.
You missed a few. -Trent’s camouflage (Dino Thunder) -Trip’s mental abilities (Time Force) -The Samurai Rangers’ elemental symbol magic -Jungle Rangers’ animal transformation, at least for RJ & Dominic, and their chi manipulation -Trey of Triforia varies abilities
i remember a time i was talking with people and we were talking about armor, from body armor to a Batsuit and even iron mans armor and it was asked "what armor do you think would be best and i said Power Rangers and they all laughed at me. i look at it its a power suit that protects you from physical and magical damage, enhances your strength, speed and endurance, gives you access to weapons you can pull out of your ass and lastly its an armor that has the consistency of fine fabric, you don't lose any speed, manuverability or agility.
Honestly the power rangers are strong basically becoming super soldiers not only that but some of the morphers can man maniputale the elements, time, space and energy plus the morphers are powered indefinitely as long as the morphing grid is active
Can villains in power rangers use the morphin grid bc lord zedd said it has balance of good and evil Do the villains in power rangers like lord zedd get the powers from the morphin grid
Kid Fury actually yes cause notice every ranger seems to be chosen but potentially a villain or a citizen can access the morphin grid but the morphers have an identity lock of sorts
ACTUALLY TEAMWORK! SPD proved friendship wasn't the nucleus that held a team together. Remember the blue ranger wasn't fond of the red ranger because he felt he should've received the powers of the red ranger instead of being 2nd in command!
You forgot both Sky and Bridge from SPD with the abilities to create impenetrable shields and to read emotions respectively. Not necessarily the most impressive super powers but certainly some of the most handy and fun!
He also forgot about Animal Spirits. Jungle Fury Rangers had animal spirits: Casey has Tiger Spirit; Lily has Cheetah Spirit; Theo has Jaguar Spirit; RJ has Wolf Spirit; and Dominic has Rhino Spirit.
@@the6thranger definitely open to, been talking to many more toku fans on social so definitely will be interested. if you want to dm ig it’s the same name as yt
Interesting. I've only seen the original MMPR and i always wondered what exactly their "powers" were. i know they can access their weapons and zords when morphed, but given that the rangers unmorphed were martial arts experts, them in costume didn't seem to add much to it. but this was interesting to learn about the characters in later seasons
The last movie did a good job making the Power Rangers powerful with their abilities and the transformation added to it as armor that also connect them to their zords.
Honestly, the 2017 movie Rangers are by far the Weakest set of Rangers in the franchise, nothing theu've done is more impressive or grandiose than the TV show for kids.
yeah you're under estimating Black Canary's scream capabilities which has put new gods on their knees and it's essentially like the Sonic equivalent of a Tsar bomb and that's when she's holding back. Also that Ranger who can turn herself into whatever she's holding reminds me of a character from Ben 10 Kevin Levin
others that were missed Bridge Carson can see other peoples auras on some sort of emotional spectrum Sky Tate and Dylan D44 can make force fields Ziggy Grover can also teleport Mack Hardford also has super strength Most 6th rangers have speed too Scott trueman has a fire burst attack Flynn Mcalyster can stop time Summer Landsdown can shoot plasma Samurai and Ninja Rangers have short range teleporting techniques
rpm dont count and neither do the 6th rangers as this video is talking abou civillian powers the rpm rangers get there powers through the morphing grid and every ranger has super speed as you see majority of them using super speed this is why theyre not mentioned because its not a civillian power
You should have included Trent Mercer's ability as the white Dino Thunder ranger to be able to run as fast as Sonic The Hedgehog could, giving him the advantage of multiple attacks against all of the other rangers
except hes talking about civillian powers trent's morphed powers practically gave him the same powers has the other 4 in his suit he had super speed in super dino mode he had flying abilities and his suit came with a shield just like ethan having armored skin trent had armor and camoflaugh is like invisibility
Trent has camouflage, Mack super strength, the aquacian rangers could control water outside of their ranger forms, trip had visions. if we are mentioning abilities such as understanding animals that we should probably count Merrick who can tell there's trouble by listening to the wind. We also have Dillon from RPM has enhanced abilities due to cybernetics in his body.
Themighty Morphin rangers with there Ninja powers could “ground swim” ie change distance self teleport and make double’s of themself along with other abilities
What's up love your feed! I have a lil list I'd love to see you talk about. The mmpr sub powers not all seen in the series but they have shown Kimberly's light powers Cant Miss That she's always showing off Trinis eletric powers her strikes stun Harder than anyone and she shocked a whole monster just standing on it's head ,Zack's density powers they really show that through his heavier strikes than the other Rangers and his axe attacks
Katie Seems WAY stronger than Any ranger, and this is without transforming, Katie Should be able to level a Neibor hood full rampage style she should also be the fastest. Super strength equats to superspeed as well. As proven by the hulk, man just uses pure leg strength
12,000+ tons seems a stretch. Maybe 12,000+ lbs. If that happened in the comics, it would lend more credence to them not even being close to canon with the shows, power scaling-wise. Obviously they’re not the same universe, but SPD in the comics is shown to be one of the more powerful teams (being able to repel Drakkon without help), and Bridge struggled to lift and throw a sedan (around 2 tons, or 4,000 lbs) in the show, when exposing the plant lady that was framing the bounty hunter. Even if we stretch that and say “Well, it’s a future sedan so it could weigh more,” I doubt it weighed anywhere close to 12,000 tons.
@christphern Ya, that car feat isn't that impressive compared to the things other rangers have done. You also don't need comic feats to get Rangers that high. - Jungle Fury Blue casually created a giant crator calced at 15,000 tons. - Dia Shi cracked a the wall of a rock quary calced at 80,000 tons. - Ryu is canon thanks to the games, and he is usually around the 20,000-ton range. For even crazier stuff - Master Xandred and Vrak casually caused eclipses, which are calced at just under planet level. - Rito Revolto moon landing is calced at 666 gigatons of TNT. - Lord Arcanon destroyed a large planet on screen, which is large planet level, or 181 Yottatons of TNT. There's also the fact that rangers have fought and destroyed giant monsters without their Zords and other teams stating they get their power's from their Zords possibly, impling rangers are as strong as their Zords. This would check out based on the other feats. Theres a lot more feats, but I think you get the point. These calcs are on VS Battle Wiki if you want to take a look.
@christphern Also, yes, the comics are a different timeline, but in a comic, the show version of Zack met comic Zack, showing they are in the same Multiverse and they get there powers from the same Morphin Grid. This means that feats from the show apply to comics and vice versa. Not to mention that the comics mention episode numbers, meaning some events in both Universes happen exactly the same.
Bulk & Skull should get an honorable mention. Unnatural bad luck at all times, but superpowered good luck at at the last second. They take crazy falls sometimes then just happen to land in a dumpster filled with pillows and balloons. And when they do land on their faces, not a scratch. Never a broken bone. And with how weird they are, maybe they got superpowers as kids, but it messed up their brains making them real life cartoons.
Eh sorry. But Mick from ninja steel had his own shape-shifting ability not because of the morphin grid. He is already like an alien from the start. Nothing concerns with morphin energy.
Antonio, Trent and Trey of Triforia all have super speed, too! The Samurai/Super Samurai Rangers also had elemental Powers! You forgot my favourite SPD Ranger, Bridge! He had Aura Powers and knew that there was something off about the A-Squad! Also Maya is pronounced as My-Uh not May-ah and Andros is pronounced as An-droes not An-dross!
1. accents make stuff sound different 2. Antonio, Trent and Trey all had super speed from there suit powers this video is focusing on Civillian powers which is why theyre not included samurai had elemental powers through power symbols not actual power
what about the white ranger from dino thunder when he had special powers to listen to anyone coversion and how he could hide invisible just like tommy could
0:30 I love the original American suits. They genuinely look like they’re wearing neck braces. Seriously they really cheaped out compared to the Japanese suits in those early seasons.
Samurai was a great PR team. Especially their final battle against Master Xandred where they had to use all of their zords & demorph to increase their powers in order to defeat MX
But they have powers without morphing? Like more strength and agility? I always thought that they do and they receive a boost when morphing, like more strength and durability
so why didnt any ranger team except the original teams have teleporters? ud think with advanced tech from later ranger teams, they would have teleporters, but no, they had to run or drive around everywhere.
u forgot that antonio from samarai had speed aswell, and also a red ranger i forgot the name but he collabed with samurai, and came from a world with an apocolpse and he lived in a dome
Mack was a robot so i don't think he would count. And it's been a while since i've seen wild force, was danny super strong or just the strongest of the team?
@murakumo65 I know he was a robot but when he became human he still had his memories but it's possible he still has his super strength because he partook in the legendary battle
Tommy Oliver also had that green energy sphere some what similar to Goku's Kamehameha wave or Liu Kang Fire Ball or Ryu's Hadouken he unleashed on the MMPR during his time as the evil green Ranger.
I'd like to see a video of each of the Rangers unique powers from every series so far as well how physically strong they actually are and whether they can take a bullet while in costume.
You won't get an answer from this lame dude who lies to his audience and makes 0 research. Anyway: -A Ranger can at minimum lift a car with ease(Minimum, depending on the character too) -They can tank far moe than bullets in costumes, they can take explosions that destroy cities and be unharmed at times
people are including trent for phasing and other in this list 1. these are civillian powers only so rpm doesnt count as the powers come from the morphers 2. Trent doesnt have invisibility or phasing he has camoflaugh
You forgot the rest of the SPD Rangers. Like Sky Bridge and doggie Kruger like he could fit his whole face in a small helmet ⛑️ with black hole technology🤪. Also the rest of the Beast morphers
You could argue that Tommy also had the power of self duplication, cuz if you pay close enough attention to the Legendary Battle in Power Rangers Super Megaforce all five of Tommy's ranger forms can be seen at once in one scene all morphed. Explain that!
@@sams_not_here actually if you watch jdf's behind the scenes you see stunt extras wearing the mm white mm green and dt black suits and in the original promo for legendary battle you see tommy in zeo red with no helmet on so explain that
You forgot about Animal Spirits. Jungle Fury Rangers had animal spirits: Casey has Tiger Spirit; Lily has Cheetah Spirit; Theo has Jaguar Spirit; RJ has Wolf Spirit; and Dominic has Rhino Spirit.
Like jack, trent from dino thunder had the ability of phasing through objects too. Also, leo was seen wielding fire in lost galaxy. And i dont understand why most rangers cant use their powers while they are morphed🤔🤨
no he didnt it was camoflaugh which is why it looked like he was phasing when he wasent he blended in with his surroundings but it definately wasent phasing
The original mmpr team didnt seem to have special powrrs just a karate butt kicking power boost like they suddenly iust new karate. They were able to teleport though through the wrist watch communicators Billy made.
@@the6thranger what powers do they gain when morph and what powers does the Morphers give them Do the villains in power rangers use the morphin grid and get their powers from their bc lord zedd it has balance of good and evil
@@praetorianrex5571 so you’re asking if it’s only anthropomorphic species that can become rangers? If so more than likely yes in a realistic standpoint considering the origin of the series genre and how expensive it would be to come up with functioning costumes.
You know what's never been done before on power rangers is a ranger who has the power to control time. I think that would be extremely different and cool as far as the power rangers universe goes.
If you had to build your own team of rangers, who would you pick? The rules are: The first 5 rangers have to be from different seasons. Must have Red, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Black and or Green. The 6th ranger can be from any series and any color, but you cannot choose JDF or ASJ more than once on your team if you decide to choose them. Must also choose a mentor and zord.
Hey 6th Ranger, I noticed something while watching Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episode 59 this morning. Both Titanus and the Dragonzord have a "Z" like shape on the front of their bodies. I don't know if there's a story about this, but I'd love it if you could make a video on it.
I remember when tommy was 1st evil,he had a few more powers. 1.can turn big w/out Rita's help 2.can shoot a green ball of energy w/the letter Z on it 3.can hav a reflective forcefield when playing the dragon dagger
what powers do Dinosaurs possess? Super speed, Sonic scream, super strength? Sky uses force field, Dillon is a cyborg, what about dino charge, mighty morphin, and Dino fury?
While these are interesting, in my mind, the only power rangers that are worth anything, are the original rangers and those particular characters further incarnations. But that's just me.
