This process explicitly is granting our Servants the power of the "lesser" Grails we've found (and recently, forged), each made out of raw mana pressed into a super powered form. The true Holy Grail, as noted, can Incarnate a Servant into having a human body capable of reproduction. Consequently, without exception or _exemption,_ *all* Servants can breed or be bred. Yes, even between each other. Artoria can give Mordred a sibling the slow way, and you can repopulate humanity with Charlotte Corday if you so choose. Also interestingly, given the way Fate's magic system works, this process could fundamentally obliterate the entire Mage hierarchy, as with effort, a Master could bear a child with, say, Medea. Suddenly reintroducing magic circuits from the Age of Gods is possible, and through this system... Even the oldest mage families, ones who had been hoarding and coalescing power for millenia, could be outdone and undone by one horny mage with 3 true command seals and a *dream.*
Given Ishtar history it's probably not the best idea though unless you don't mind ending either tortured, killed, cursed or all of the above and ending in the underworld...

Actually, Ishtar probably isn't a Fertility goddess (at least in human fertility). She was a love and war goddess primarily, and never had children of her own. Plus she was a serious serial cheater, so I would be asking for a paternity test.

@@dominicsantiago271 That isn’t really the case, Koyan just made it so that the creatures in her Reality Marble couldn’t have a Will of their own. Heck, all the creatures there were part of her Saint Graph, everything was basically her!! So, unless she choses to mix the Master’s genetic with her own, she will be able to have normal children. But I doubt she would ever want children. Considering how she would deny her children’s Wills & ability to have souls just for fun.

i'm not sure how much you know about requiem as well , but it's explained in lore that since everyone in requiem has a personal servant that is , effectively , one step off being incarnated , and there's no need to fight , they can stay manifested until the very end , giving birth to a " quasi-servant " .
