What Fire Buffs Do When There Are No Fires 

You know what the guys standing in the doorway of the station were thinking, don't you? "Darned kids and their toys!" :)

Man that thing sounds sweet when pumping. Only thing better than driving a fire truck on an emergency run is pumping it. They pay me to do that, what a great job.

Doc, Jerry is the luckiest man in my book....I would give my right arm to drive another ALF Century.....First truck I ever learned to drive and most certainly my favorite, Many thanks for the video. The only thing I would wish different on his truck would be the Q recessed mounted in the front on the cab, I dont know why I fell in love with that look but I guess that was how my very first was.

wow uncommon to find a deck gun not plumbed into the pump. Nice classic engine too

@zaffdoc well both of our pumpers have plumbed deck guns and they are also removable with portable bases so i find it wierd still however that this one was not plumbed

@m5dinan A fire buff is kind of a fire "groupie". A buff has a strong interest in the Fire Service and many belong to groups like Signal 51 or my group Box 15.
