A beautiful girl with beautiful hair makes the world a beautiful place. I really appreciate a girl who KNOWS that she's pretty and has beautiful hair. Yes, a pretty girl flaunting (combing/brushing, etc.) her hair in public is a rare treat to behold these days (now days they just handle smartphones instead of brushes & combs). Girls, there's nothing wrong with "showing off" your beauty...I'm sure I'm just one of many to say "Thank you" to those girls who do! You're appreciated & respected for the rare beauty that you are and for sharing your beauty with us all!
I'm a guy and I have had long hair for over 50 years (except while being treated for cancer). The longest it ever got was down to the floor when I was in high school. I trimmed it a bit shorter to prevent tripping over it. At the time, men would not really have the option of putting their hair in a bun like today. Social constraints were rather imposing. Most of the time I kept it in a pony tail and frequently I tucked it into my clothes. At one point I had it trimmed right at the crease at the back of my knees. Then for many years, about once a year I had it trimmed to that point. That was a pretty good way to gauge how much my hair grew in a year. It grew a bit faster when I was a teen and then slowed down after that. Today it grows about 65% as fast as it did when I was a teen. It is now back down to my waist. At any point where I thought it might cause a disruption I always made sure it was tucked into my clothes. This was true for shop class and phys ed and it was true when I went out to eat. Most people won't really investigate a tight pony tail that disappears down the back of a man's shirt. I realize that women tend to show off their long hair a bit more than long haired men do. I don't really think there is anything wrong with that. But I have to say that letting your hair down in such an environment as a a restaurant is completely inappropriate. In the restroom perhaps, but not out int he dining room. This is the sort of behavior that grandmother's scold their granddaughters for. One would think a grown woman would know this. I adore long hair and her mane is amazing. And in another setting i would most definitely enjoy watching her take her hair down. But just not at the dinner table. I also don't like watching people pick their teeth, clip their nails, do their make up or take off or put on jewelry (except if it is a gift they were just presented with) at the dinner table either. As my grandmother would say, the dinner table isn't a beauty parlor.
What goes through my mind when I see a woman with long hair, is that I fantasize about watching her shampoo it and fantasize about seeing her long hair after a head dunk, and fantasize about getting my hands in it and something else I won't mention.
I like this video However, whilst I would fully encourage Marianne to keep her hair at its current fantastic length, it would be provocative, inappropriate & dangerous for her to let down her tresses in a top class restaurant (as I'm sure many would agree).
Find talking about how beautiful her longhair is ,but when she cut it ,it looks so much better. I can't say that cuz this girl works hard care for her hair, it is her grown-of -glory. But still a person should look be on her hair to see her Beauty.
