This person would benefit from using melee. I'm not very far in, but there have been several times were a melee would secure an elim where they had to spend more time and resources without meleeing.

13:06 it is so annoying when teammates do this. They are just going one 1 by 1. If im spamming to group up and use a double ult we can easily win that last fight. But 'no, we need to stop it asap'. Yeah doesnt work.

I feel like when they played Sigma and Dva they could've used their melee more to finish off enemies. They would get really close but rely on their aim to finish the enemy. Also changing their sensitivity on Dva so they don't tunnel vision when flying.

Just a few tips on wrecking ball, try to grapple onto something infront and above you, that way you can either release the grapple and hold your forward momentum or you can use it to swing yourself upwards after you hit them (boop them) followed by a piledrive. For just fast movement speed, grapple onto something at player level and infront/side of you for the fastest movement increase. When you grapple onto something directly above you, you don't gain very much speed, just verticality. When you grapple infront of you and above you gain both. Meaning they have less time to shoot at you while you reach them. When you have your adaptive shield cooldown, the number indicated on the screen tells you howmany players are close by to gain adaptive shields from. This includes Bob as Bob is counted as a player. (And why Bob can contest and capture objectives and even when infront of a push robot push the bot). Every player that is indicated gives you 100 shields. The player count for adaptive shields and piledrive damage is blocked by a shield so if you piledrive infront of a rein shield you only deal damage towards the rein shield but not the players behind him. When you stand infront of the rein shield you will see 0 players indicated for your shields unless he drops his shield. When you play against a brawl tank like rein, rammatra or junkerqueen, those are tanks that want to get close to your team and hit them. Boop them AWAY from your teammates, not towards them. Boop anyone else except for a reaper mei or symmetra inside your team so they are more likely to die. Try to setup a flank before the enemy team had reached a certain spot and boop them through a rein shield for example or piledrive them so they get pushed above the shields. There are a few more techs but they are harder to pull off and harder to explain.

Say what you will about this tank player, but dammit they might be the only person in Bronze that actively prioritizes not dying to a Dva bomb

Ppl not killing the baby dva even in higher elos is just infuriating. I hate this so much as it shows most of the time ppl have literally 0 awareness of the gamestate.

I dont get, so what is the recommendation for this guy to leave bronze based on this replay apart from fact it is better for him to avoid Ball tank ?

Watching the first two minutes of the Vod I can see sometimes his mindset and play style which is above a bronze level tank but the mechanical skills are just holding them back Well I 10:45 changed my after seeing his Ball gameplay 😂

Im only 2 minutes in and he could of gotten 2 eliminations like 10 seconds earlier each just for simply Punching. Use your damn melee.
