I remember hearing a theory that Sheen in this show was a clone that Jimmy was purposefully trying to get rid of, and, to me, that makes the most sense.
Well time works differently in space, so I guess while it's been months for Sheen, it must've been a day or two, maybe a week at most, or a couple hours on Earth at the least.
Assuming he didn't go to a different galaxy, the relative speeds of planets within our own galaxy are too low to have a significant time dilation effect either way. He'd have to have been orbiting a black hole or something.
The show isn't that good, but there should be a special episode where Jimmy and the gang rescued Sheen. A worst show with a best finale could've been made.

Yeah but did you know Adora is a Hero in Bloons TD 6 who was added to the game in update 14.0. She shoots homing sunbeams that can pop up to 5 Bloons per shot, including Lead Bloons. She cannot detect Camo Bloons without support, and cannot pop Purple Bloons without her first ability.
I had it in my head that Sheen grew up on the planet and became it's champion, fixed his Rocket to return to Earth, went through a worm hole on his way and when he returns he is in the past and realizes he is actually his hero, Ultra Lord
I think the implication was that the deep space rocket took a while to build and that’s why rescue took him some time. Seen was never concerned jeanie would be there as soon as he could though so I was never concerned. I did wish we had one more special that mentioned it. Same with Voyageur we never actually got to see everybody come home.
We just needed a revival side note this should have been planet libby with sheen as comic relife again libby was always a great charecter and her relationship with sheen could have been explored
Jimmy took so long because he went back to calculate the trajectory on the exact day and time he launched (as well as the state of all other bodies within the trajectory) to find Sheen within the entire universe
To be fair, assuming Jimmy forgot to build a tracking device into the rocket, it’s very possible it could take Jimmy a little while to find his friend. Would that be because it’s actually difficult or because he’s purposefully taking his time to teach Sheen a lesson is both equally likely
Here's my theory, in the beginning Sheen took off in Jimmy's rocket but it didn't take off. Rather, it exploded. Sheen survived but was left comatosed, and all of Planet Sheen is happening inside of his head.
Fun fact planet sheen was actually supposed to be a different show with adult protags but Nick said no cos no adult MCs so the writers had to change the script and decided to add sheen and Carl but Nick said they can't use Carl
Imagine in a new show, Sheen gets the ship repaired and somehow gets back to earth, it’s been 40 years since he first left. To him, only like a couple months. Jimmy wasn’t able to track his location so he was considered dead. It would be like in American Dad when Geoff gets to Earth as it was like 50-60 years or something.
Quite like the show. Fun of the crossover between with the fairly odd parents, but overall it was a good show. I don’t remember seeing that episode in the show, so I guessing it came in after i stopped watching it.
I liked Planet Sheen it needed a finally + i think the ending would be him getting with a Alien It take a lot of materials to build a Roker and planning
If I were to guess, Sheen's asteroid would be on a collision course with Earth and Jimmy and the others would go to space to rescue Sheen before the Government tries to blow it up Also to make it seem like Jimmy wasn't being careless about his friend, Sheen could have entered a wormhole that sends him into the past, making it seem like Sheen wasn't gone for months but only a few hours
I don't think that it's Jimmy would wait a long time before finding Sheen. It's that he doesn't know where in space Sheen ended up. I do wish we saw the OG characters appear and have Jimmy and Sheen have this conversation... Jimmy: I left notes saying you should not take the rocket! Sheen: No, you didn't. Someone named J.N. did. Jimmy: J.N. are my initials. "Jimmy Neutron". (Sheen puts it together in his mind) Sheen: Well, why didn't you just write "Jimmy" on the notes instead?! It's not like we know more than one! (Jimmy facepalms himself) It would also be funny to see the OG characters' reactions upon finding out the false history of Earth that Sheen gave the king.
Nah a sheen spin off would work just take out the space shit and do something original like a prequel to Jimmy neutron because hes older then the other kids and has a lot of story to cover
