Better to be comfortable than to look pro!! But look ahead and you’ll be back to your previous self👍🏻

It's an interesting thing bar height. Good to go down lower gradually. Also because I have one slammed bike and three unslammed I'm quicker slammed for sure, but on the bikes with higher bars 2cm or more higher than slammed I can ride the drops all day, but on the slammed bike after 15-30 minutes I'm not so comfortable. Hope you get back on the bike soon.

Hi Andrew, David here from Australia again, if you start watching the Race to the Rock you will notice that Mitch (Mitchell Luke) has put a cross through his name, as he does not intend to complete the entire race. He is just using this organized long distance event as a training ride for his major race later in the year "The Tour Divide" in USA. His plan is to reach Renmark SA then turn South to Adelaide to finish his ride. So at this stage Sarah H is officially leading the race. Cheers David.

Good luck with everything. It sounds like you need it that was a bad run of luck. I can’t wait until you post your reaction after your first ride back
