you can build an outpost anywhere on any planet and you can even have multiple outpost with alot of decorative options, upgrades, and mining rigs for the grounds.... theres alot lol its very overwhelming but has alot of longevity
Wasnt it caused as a result of studying the artifacts and making the grav drive? I dont like how even at the end of the game they dont really explain the artifacts at all. Did the unity make it for humans to find? Is the unity a god or an alien? Or a internal dimensional higher being which we cant comprehend? Thats what the game tries to let us think. But it still doesnt explain the artifacts. Why make it? I dont like how humans found space travel through outside intervention too. The game plays on humans like we are so dumb and unable to think for ourselves.
If you join the UC Vanguard you can go thru their museum and there’s a display where you hit a button and audio log tells you that in 2150 people on earth found out the earths magnetosphere would collapse within 20 years, so everybody left
The lore of earth in Starfield looks so boring and lazy because if earth was abandoned in the distant future, realistically there would be tons of ruined cities. I think Bethesda is just being lazy when it comes to game development
@@LoreTours Should I have dropped the spoiler warning and said the real thing as of now your explanation is just wrong. Human's first grav drive caused the atmosphere to rip apart. It's because of that humanity started looking for other homes. If grav drives weren't discovered earth would still be intact with life. Your explanation just suggests that Earth just deteriorated on it's own and humanity left whereas in reality the discovery of grav drive caused this in the first place.
