To be honest, I've always liked Flex Alexander. I also heard him say he's a fan of MJ as well, but his portrayal in that MJ movie did nothing but make me laugh like crazy.😂

Flex Alexander is literally a #legend He's not underrated, he's taken for granted. We luv you Flex!

Flex story is very inspiring. Didn't know he was a dancer and working with Salt n Pepper. Its amazing how supportive they were to him. I like that being surrounded by people who believe in you and support your vision and goals. He been through a lot growing up in the environment he grew up in; yet he choose a different route in life. The insight on his family life on how they stuck together and made it through a rough financial patch shows how much strength he has to overcome obstacles. His wife and him were able to use that as a great example for their children and I admire that. God bless you and your family Flex.

I went to the Capital Jazz festival over the weekend Flex was there on stage with his wife dancing with BBD doing old school dances. He’s still in great shape He’s looks good and it was a blast to see him here where I live in Columbia, MD

I did think they "retired" early but they had a plan and lots of people got set back. He found a real female though because she has really been down for the team.

I'd say One on One really did it for him and Kayla. That part of Flex suited him well. I truly loved the theme song. It was like to dance to. All the other characters in this show had to grow on me, from his best friend to all of the others. Those two made a perfect team. If she Hadn't grown up so quickly just like the other kids do in shows we enjoy. The spin off was pretty good and a great way to say goodbye to ONE on ONE. 2021 I still love the reruns.
