@ilovegodamen2406f you’re on the internet for any length of time you can see a black woman anywhere hating on a white woman. I am a black woman and I see it all the time.
I was 13 years old just started middle school ,living in the Bay Area! It was a whole different vibe! Kreay was on my iPod touch on repeat! She released a bunch of other good music too beyond Gucci Gucci
Put alot of people on, born and raised in the O, bay vibes is different, we grew up in a melting pot and around the Hyphy movement and we was raised around all cultures and people. Our Patnas did music with and around us. Would down load they CDs on our PC and make covers to their mix tapes and would sell that shit at gas stations in Oakland. She was saying we was not about labels and brands we have our own bay swag.
People that don't have positive reinforcement don't understand the musicians are just exercising their freedom of speech and the glorification of hood culture results in single mother hood, jail, and death. You are being insensitive.
Same. I fucked with Lil B heavy back then. And Kreayshawn was pretty good too. Neither of them are going to wow you with lyrics or their music, but its just the vibe and swag that we liked...
So if a white girl said a black artist set black people back several years there would be fucking uproar. keep that same energy when it’s the other way around jus sayin.
Set White people back?? Yeah,no. No it didn't. Gucci Gucci is super catchy and Kreayshawn has always been a one of a kind. Theres a reason why that song was viral, because it was fun. That was a stupid comment to make.
I was drunk off my ass in Vegas infront of planet Hollywood with my boyfriend at the time and two random girls (one them being Kreyshawn) and a third one holding a camera came runing up to us to give us tickets to her show that night and tequila shots.
My friends would bump this on the way to the beach to get fd up lol prob like 2010-2012, then again it became an anthem around 2015-2016 because it’s just so good lol
I sill remember like yesterday. I just came home from prison. She was with this girl that was big on the n word and she caught flck for messing with the girl but, sorry to hear she not getting paid. That joint was hard and the beat with the loop on big room full of bad itches.
It was v nasty half vietnamese, alot of Hispanics and Asians hang with blacks in the Bay and they let them slide with the word. Most of us whites who kick it know better even they say they give us a pass. Kreayshawn did not use it, that was her friend that was locked up in Santa Rita Alameda Oakland jail...We all kick it together blacks, Asians, Mexicans and whites and have our own bay swag.
@@Hazel4loveinteresting,I didn't realize V Nasty was half Vietnamese. I knew there was a bit of an uproar for her using that word. But Kreay and Lil Debbie didn't use it.
Interesting opinion Carlos! But I think the majority of people would have to disagree with that, considering racism is on the decline and we had a black president 7 years ago.
From a buisness view. It doesnt look good as a record label to make a pregnant girl perform. She was no longer marketable and a liability They let her go in fear of backlash and insurance
I’ve been re-listening to Gucci Gucci lately and now i find this out. I hate record labels, you’d think they would’ve been one of those artists that wasn’t controlled by their labels but even then
@@gregammons8319 This is a stupid song, it's just catchy, and people used to say stuff like that all the time with Soujia Boy, so quit being a snow flake.
I think the label shouldn't have given her a million dollars maybe a couple thousand to get started but handing anyone a million dollars and expecting them to pay it back is just rough
Seems to me the dude that knocked her up was like “ yeah boi “ gonna get rich quick making a baby. Turned out he got a baby and possibly a marriage tied with 800k of debt with Alongside some child support is he didn’t make her into a honest woman lol
