I totally understand that world of spiritual attack and will pray for you. I came to the Lord out of a New Age background, I had some horrific experiences (including going in to hell) which God used to pull the veil off my eyes and show me the truth of who Jesus is. That was 26 years ago and I am truly more in love with Him now than ever. Remember, dear sister that protection from spiritual attack isn't just confined to warfaring in prayer and tongues, it's also living in a place of praise and being firmly rooted in His word. Lilly, God lead me to your video to give me encouragement on speaking in tongues. I'm so blessed and I won't give up. I can feel the Holy Spirit swelling up in me, so I know it will come!! Thank you for being so transparent on this channel. God actually led me to your other channel many months ago, but then I didn't find out about this one until this week, but I already knew you believed in Jesus from the other channel.. your testimony video when you were walking through the market really brought me closer to God and it's been a wilderness season for me since God's bringing me out like the Israelites out of my own Egypt (once again). He always calls out His remnant and there will always be more enemies to fight, but I declare and decree more faith in your life to combat the flaming arrows from the enemy and I pray protection over your family in Jesus name!! I am also asian so I definitely understand how the spiritual world is more evident, and my family still practices that even though I cannot support it. Thank you for sharing this. I know what you mean about Thailand being so dark spiritually. When I was there with YWAM, I felt the oppression. We had ministered in a Buddhist wat to the priests (under the guise of teaching them English), we had to do a deliverance service for each other. God bless you.

Only to learn later after I got saved by Jesus just how demonic all of that was. That sneaky serpent/satan/lucifer/kundalini, you name it, the same author to all of this clever deception. When the scales fell off my eyes I Saw the serpent in every single depiction of Hindu gods and Buddha art. It blew my mind How I Did Not See it before. it just shows you how clever the deception is. Hi Lilly, I have also been down similar paths and, like yourself I am a truth seeker. I am happy to say, that as a Jew having gone down Buddhist paths etc. I am so happy that I have gone back to the Father, through our Messiah ( I sometimes call Him the Jewish Buddha, to New Agers! ) Yeshua! You do need a community, it is edifying, so you will have to move somewhere where you can join with likeminded people. You know, if you ask, God will direct you!! Happy to be an on line friend, it is not easy being different in a world of superficial conformists (you know that many of these New Age/Buddhists, are in fact conformists...it is very hard to be an individual.) But we were made to be IN the world, not OF it! We have sought the Truth and it isn't fashionable! Be well....kop kum kah...the only Thai that I remember from my visit 3 years ago. I was also in Bali Ubud too...beautiful, but I was already a Believer, so I had God as my shield and buckler!! If God is for you, who can be against!??

Keep telling Jesus that you trust him, keep casting those cares on him as he wants you to do and meditate on his great and precious promises so you can partake of his divine nature and escape the corruption in the world through lusts. I’m not 💯% sure what all this entails but I know he has made a way of escape for us while we live on the earth. We have to be tempted before we can escape it. :) 1 Corinthians 10:12b But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 2 Peter 1:4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

Discord and fighting after yoga: in new age I would have chalked that up to a "healing crisis" or a rising of the toxicity to the surface or a 1000 other excuses. I could joke forever about being in a state of healing crises for my entire life.
@marcie stoddard I didn't make up the term healing crisis, teachers of energy medicine did. It considered similar to symptoms you would experience from healing an injury such as pain and swelling or itching as the body repairs itself.... excepct its spiritual. Many teachers of reiki say that during the first week after the "attunement" you may experience emotional, psychological and physical pain as your energy flushes out the old "stuff" trapped in your body. It's considered a spiritual discharge. Most new agers blame healing crisis or mercury retrograde for their problems or bad choices. No, all of them do. So yes taking responsibility for my bs was one of the best things I've done lol. Now as a Christian I see this "healing crisis" as being messed with by demons. But don't take my word for it, just ask the yoga teachers that want to "wake up the kundalini spirit" sleeping at the base of your spine lol yeah ok. Whether you believe this or not is your choice but let me tell you this much: I haven't done reiki, yoga and all that stuff for years have haven't had a panic attack in just as long when at the time I was pummeled by them. The Bible speaks of two types of tongues. 1. The first type of tongue is one that is understood by people as it is an existing language: 'And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia, Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.' Acts 2:4-11 KJV IF there is an interpreter, and the speaking and interpreting are conducted in an orderly fashion, there is a Biblical basis for the speaking of tongues in an assembly of people: "If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God." 1 Corinthians 14:27-28 KJV Without an interpreter and an orderly procession, tongues are not to be spoken amongst an assembly of people (1 Corinthians 14:27-28). That said, speaking in tongues is not to be confused with the uncontrolled phenomenon taking place in various churches today - such as people falling down, flopping around like fish, waving their arms about wildly in the air, barking like dogs, etc. These uncontrolled actions are not of the Holy Spirit as this lacks self control, which is one of the nine fruit of the Holy Spirit spoken of in Galatians 5:22-23. --- 2. The second type of tongue is one which no man understands as it is a mystery in the spirit with which man speaks to God only (in the inner prayer closet, as opposed to amongst an assembly of people): "For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries." 1 Corinthians 14:2 KJV "He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church." 1 Corinthians 14:4 KJV There is therefore an "UNKNOWN tongue" (as opposed to an existing/known language) which edifies only the person who speaks it. If this were an existing language that a believer spoke to the hearers in their native tongue, that tongue would edify the hearers, not the believer who is speaking in that tongue. 1 Corinthians 14:4 clearly states that this "unknown tongue" edifies no other person than the person who is speaking in that unknown tongue. According to the Bible, tongues are profitable in one's inner closet of prayer when we are alone with God as it is our spirit praying, although, if we do pray in tongues, we must also take care to pray with understanding as well (as opposed to only praying in tongues): "For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also." 1 Corinthians 14:14-15 KJV --- Regarding whether the gifts of the Spirit ceased in the time of Acts - no, they are still active today. Lets take the example of prophecy. Acts 2:16-21 speaks of the prophesying via dreams and visions which will take place before the dreadful day of the Lord written of, amongst other places, within the minor and major prophets, Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Revelation. The dreadful day of the Lord takes places well after the book of Acts was written as that great and dreadful day has not yet occurred, but will occur in the time of the great tribulation. We are living in the last days that Joel prophesied about, and so did the apostles written of in the book of Acts - the last days began since around the time that Jesus rose from the dead and continues to this day. "But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass IN THE LAST DAYS, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; AND THEY SHALL PROPHESY: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." Acts 2:16-21 KJV Further, Jesus states that the following signs will follow those who believe in Him: "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; THEY SHALL SPEAK WITH NEW TONGUES; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." Mark 16:17-18 KJV --- In conclusion: (Paul speaking, AFTER the events written of in Acts took place) "Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. Let all things be done decently and in order." 1 Corinthians 14:39-40 KJV
just be careful, because the devil can also give you visions and dreams and ''false prophesy'' when God speaks to you, you feel and overwhelming sense of peace, not trying to doubt what your saying, but it has happened to me before, one time i audibly heard what i believed to be the voice of God, but God then revealed to me that it was actually satan and my heart sank, i was so frightened i ran out of my home, got into my car and took off!
Christina Beauton it has happened to me too before. Satan is clever and wants to infect us with pride. If this happens we will crash and burn or become luke warm. We must always be vigilant and stay in the Word. Pray for discernment and humility

🙌🏻 tongues is a great gift to have keep practicing it , and it becomes more and more power try singing in tongues too , when I find it most helpful when you don’t know how to pray about something.. The Holy Spirit does it for you

Keep in mind should the rapture take place you and your children and husband will escape..provided that he isn't backslidden in my understanding of eschatology. I bring this up sensing the ferocity of the battle you are going through. I believe that those who are resurrected and translated will see from a distance with clear vision as opposed to a mirror darkly when the principalities and powers are shaken not to mention heaven and all the wonderful sights there of His might and angels and fellowservants. You have fleed Babylon already. Wonderful hearing about your sister. I know you aren't afraid whatever shall befall you in one sense..He keeps us here as long as it is in His timing. That fear of destruction that is what is lacking in the church today fear of God and recognition of the state souls are in apart from Christ..how terrible never being freed from that state would be for all eternity. I know that facing giants who seek your destruction is frightening especially as deep as you were invested in that realm. When we dare to be dangerous to the enemies camp and strongholds we know what we face. I pray you can (as it seems the epidemic may have peaked) be able in not too long to be put of quarantine and certainly am praying against starvation for those trapped in China in their residences and neighbourhoods as food runs out in the stores. If the lady generation did begin in 1948 the tribulation must be within a year or so and the rapture before..either that or we have to recalculate. Given as much insight as I feel I have been given on the seal judgments the last few years I still think it may be by next year. Then billions will die.
