Sometimes, you might notice that your Plotagon Story subscription doesn't appear to be active. Let's fix this issue!
In Settings, you should be able to resolve this problem by clicking the "Restore Purchases" button. It may show that you'll need to download the subscription items and scenes (or re-download if you have used them previously -- you'll probably see a down-pointing arrow in the bottom corner of these assets), but the "Go Bronze to get more scenes" banner and shopping cart icon saying you need to purchase that blocks you from using subscription-locked items should disappear.
If this simple fix doesn't solve it, let's tackle a couple more possibilities.
Very occasionally, there might be an issue where the interaction between Plotagon and your app marketplace that stores the subscription information experiences a sort of hiccup. Here is a way that can help prompt communication between the two. Please follow these steps:
1. Close Plotagon Story on your device.
2. Turn your phone's wifi off.
3. Re-open Plotagon Story and go to Settings.
4. Click "Restore purchases" and wait till the prompt saying 'restoring your purchases... close' is gone.
5. Turn your phone's wifi back on.
You should hopefully have access to your subscription at this point, though you may need to try again and close Plotagon and re-open again after step 5 turning the wifi back on.
If you can't access your purchases even after this, it probably means that your purchases are not registered on your app store account for some reason. Did you make your purchases on another device? Maybe on an Android device, and then you switched to iOS? If switching devices from Android to iOS or vice versa is the case, you will need to purchase again via your current device's app provider (App Store for Apple and Play Store for Android).
If you haven't changed devices, check the memory on your mobile device to ensure you have ample space available, as this is a common issue that can cause this problem.
If you still have plenty of memory and are still not able to access the content, you will need to reach out to your device's app marketplace to troubleshoot what is going on.
