However, both Serena and Madonna rearranged their facial structure and now they look...different. IMO, not good. But that's just my opinion.

Especially all those times she had to defend herself against racism. All the other tennis players get paid more money for gigs despite her being the goat.
I love natural, Plastic surgery..Later more surgery; Think about what happened to Michael Jackson loosing a lot of his nose; Serena was beautiful before..Nothing compares to what God gave us; Pray that she doesn’t have any problems as a result of her surgery!

She was number 1, admired for her strength and beauty by men and women across the World. Admired for the natural things that set her apart. Reminds me of Zellegger, who ruled the box office and now you don't recognize her. Darryl Hannah was a Hollywood mermaid, got work done, became typecast as a villain.
She looks more masculine now since whatever she has done. I cannot believe that is Serena in the black dress. I never paid much attention to her appearance until the ETSY awards. She looked manly and the blonde hair did her no favours.
I am a 51 year old black woman. The female friends I keep are all natural women. We're not the type to spend our hard-earned money on unnecessary plastic surgeries. I will admit that I now am noticing some subtle differences in my face. Like, the eyes seem to become a bit more hollow, and a few little lines start to appear. But that's life! I am blessed to have made it this far and be in good health! But I can't imagine what it must be like to live among the entertainers and see all of the surgeries they undergo to achieve endless youthfulness. After a while, it must be difficult to walk away from that type of lifestyle, especially when you have access to the best surgeons and lots of money. So, I don't blame Serena for making those changes to her face. Her peers more than likely do the same thing on a regular basis. But Venus still looks naturally lovely, so that's good.

I thought for the last several years. It was performance enhancement drugs! Because of her transformation. Over the years. Such a beautiful young woman. But not so much now. Hate it.
It’s definitely peer pressure. And it turns into body dysmorphia when you’re not really seeing yourself, you’re seeing your “flaws” magnified. Serena has always been beautiful, but people are telling her otherwise. Rich, uppity, bxtchy women, it’s not just men.
What happened is she's married to a wealthy and successful man, has two beautiful kids and is living her best successful life. Unlike a bunch of sassy men worring about women's business

If you look at women in general, I’m talking to ones with money they all are starting to look the same white or black. It doesn’t matter. It’s like they’re stamping out of a factory.

It's due to the circles in which her and her husband operate. She's giving into the pressures of what is considered "attractive" and Eurocentric standards of "beauty." Love yourself in all our hues, shades, and natural beauty.
Thank you for the video, there were some good points made in it. I'd like to say no matter where you go be it the elites or the slums people are going to build you up or tear you down, so it's up to you to know yourself and and love yourself best. I've been around Blacks that insult my appearance and I've been around Blacks who did the same. I tell each person who says something negative about my appearance that they need to get their eyes checked because I am beautiful and exactly how God wanted me to be. Since I also know physical beauty will fade from, lack of care, the aging process and injuries the only thing I can do is honor my body and treat it with respect and care. In my 20's I had someone whom I thought was my best friend. We had known each other for about 10 yrs, and we were sharing a mirror as we were getting ready for an event. As I leaned in I noticed deep lines along the sides of her nose. I stopped and asked her if she had had plastic surgery on her nose? She wanted to lie but she saw that I would not be swayed, so she told the truth. She had received a nose job and if left permanent scarring along the sides of nose, because she heals on keloids. 25 yrs old and she has to go the rest of her life always wearing makeup to try to cover the scars. We must fight against the urge to believe outside validations they will destroy your self-esteem and promote covetousness and jealousy, which are sins that will take you away from God's love. God says we are enough and we don't need more than he has provided. Serena is a talented tennis player and could service as a wonderful role model for little girls through her natural gifts and abilities. Now, however little girls will be asking additional questions about her appearance, this takes away from the mission that God gave her-- to show girls everywhere that you can overcome life's obstacles through hard work and perseverance. So, I won't blame others around her I must ask her to look into her own heart and do the work, because she was always good enough!
If only they knew those lip fillers that you have to have re-done every six months or whatever because the filler is dissolving, is not actually dissolving, it’s just moving, eventually into and clogging up your adrenal glands. That should be great in a few years. Talk about autoimmune disorders.
I never change for no one. I'm 46 never changed my body or my mouth. I'm who I am. I earn my earn my own money. My daughter is super beautiful, slim but she want work. She 16 but she grew up seeing this be. My son like me we dgaf. I always put factor 30 on in the sun or I would be burnt to a crisp because I'm Welsh blonde, blue eyes like not my kids.
I've mentioned before for years looked like my dad, Mum 93, yet in my 50s, I'm resembling my mum. Thank Goodness, l I now see my familial features of my mum and sisters. Serena was relentlessly bullied for years and years over her build and looks that she was a man mostly but she had her face picked apart and I can only imagine how that's affected her over the years it's very sad that she succumbed to the hate and pressures of Hollywood. 😢😢
I have never really followed Serena but I saw her this past weekend and I thought she just seemed off I knew something was different but I couldn't put my finger on it.

They liked her BODY, not her complexion.... Let's not act like colorism isn't RAMPANT in the black community!!!! And I read some statistics, ⬜ men marrying 🖤 women last LONGER and the dynamics is greater than 🌑 men marrying ⬜ women. The financial grind is more compatible. I am a 🖤 woman who only dated 🌑 men and never outside of my race, HOWEVER, men of different races have ALWAYS treated me better, even as a stranger or acquaintance 🤷🏿♀️.
It's not men who are to blame most the time, it's other women. It's not men writing the mag articles making them feel they are not good enough. There's the surgeries and then there's the makeup. I understand using a little make up to accentuate or cover up, but I'll never understand the whole 'using your face as an easel to create an image that you are not' thing.
