What Happened to the Jaffa Gate Clock tower? Jerusalem's Jaffa Gate, is the most popular entrance in which to enter the old city. For a brief period of time it was topped with an impressive clock tower. This video explains what happened.

Ottoman Sultan built lots of clock tower in Imperial lands. One of them is in center of todays Turkey Izmir. Which is occupied by Greek troops in WW1 and Turkish independency war rescued it. Still clock tower is in Turkish city Izmir.
