A lot of you keep asking me about how I don’t put on weight or how my gut health is or how i am thin etc. This OMAD challenge was one of the things I did to improve gut health, lose a lil weight and improve cognitive ability. I practice intermittent fasting at least 15 days every month and that helps in keeping me mentally and physically fit to go and enjoy myself other wise. Hope more and more of you join the fasting train to better health 💛

30 days... Only Idli Curd rice Butter milk Dal rice without oil 4 litres of water per day I was 78 kgs and now I'm around 62 - 65kgs

Break it into two. Eat the other two hours after you consume the first. Eating too much of anything isn’t recommended. You’ll have to do do a combination of paneer, beans, whey protein, lentils etc

when you start going low carb you don't need too much to fill you up. A little protein and cruciferous vegetables can get me through the day now. And I just started eliminating rice, roti and fruit 4 days ago.

Water fasting is the best way to lose weight. I lost 2 kgs in 30 hours of fasting. PS: I played football for 2 hours and 1 hour of walking during this challenge.

Tell me what happened at day 8,9,10 and 15 and what was your weight and if you were able to keep this up. No one needs to follow any fad. You can eat 2000 calories in one sitting or 2000 calories in 3 sittings. Its the same. It really boils down to how much you eat and how much you burn.

I’ve lost 15lbs/6.8kg after one month on the carnivore diet. Just to be clear, I’ve been working out and practicing intermittent fasting for 5 years now and I’ve done a weekly 40 hour fast for 64 Saturdays in a row. So I’m a little surprised I lost 15lbs/6.8kg.

I lost around 4 kgs in a week by going on an 18:6 intermittent fasting while doing a keto diet and absolutely no workout. But the downside is that as soon as i stop ketosis i gain the weight back.

Did omad, and couldn't bear the stomach grumbling at work even with water, it was awkward. I started snacking in between very small portions of dark chocolate, cucumber etc. Managed to lose exactly 2 kgs in 1.5 months. We have to keep the metabolism high the whole time to lose more weight.

After first two days, my body got used to it and stayed energised through out. I would have had black coffee 5 out of the 10 days to boost how I felt in the morning

There’s a fast, I forgot the term, [Not healthy and to be done repeatedly] you don’t eat anything, only drink water as much as you want, on day 3-4 your body goes into a phase where it starts burning fat at incredible speed. At the end of 7 days you can loose 6-9 kg. I did it and lost 8.3kg. {2nd & 3rd Day are the hardest}

I switched to normal-home prepared meals (dal chawal, egg-based, common sabjis etc.) with outside-food on every 2-3 days (not heavy). Plus, I'm taking green tea along +black coffee+green coffee taking alobg trifala+guggal+ashwagandha+giloy aloe vera. Also taking amla 2-3 a day..and in February alone, I lose 6 kg. I didn't choose some fancy salads, high intensity workouts (doing basic cardio), concentrating on my work and studies, avoiding any sort of stress as possible. Key is to not go hard, instead keep it simple
