Hi after the judgment is set aside.. does the court have to send you new forms with instructions of what to do next..?

Does the N236 form apply if the defendant uses “claim already paid” as a defence?

Hi there great vid thanks :). If a judgement is set aside and I then pay the claimant the amount, will a ‘new’ CCJ be applied to my credit file?
