From my experience it does more than just "dry out and get harder". It also finishes the reaction. Soap that has been allowed to cure for a full 7 weeks is much milder. The soap Ive used earlier than that tends to be harsh

Kindly guide me in my Country I am not getting Sodium Lactate, what is substitute of Sodium Lactate?

Technically you don't need to use Sodium Lactate. It's just an additive that some soap makers use. If you don't have SL, you could use salt.

I do not use sodium lactate instead I use .20% sea salt to my soap formulas.
