Well, there are several things the debtor can do. Number one, the debtor can just throw up the metaphorical hands and say, okay, I give, I lose. Second thing the debtor can do is file a motion for reconsideration and ask the bankruptcy judge to reconsider the judgment or verdict that the judge put forward. Those are awfully hard to win. Generally speaking, if you file a motion for reconsideration, what you're ultimately saying is, your honor, you made a mistake and judges, like anybody else don't really like being told that they're in error. You're probably not going to get very far on that one. Yet another thing you can do is appeal the decision and if you're appealing an adversary proceeding, you're going from the bankruptcy court to either the United States District Court for that district or you're going to the bankruptcy appellate panel for the ninth circuit. People that are living in Michigan or Mississippi who call me, I only practice in the central district of California, so that's why I say the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, I do not practice outside of California.
