My favorite thing about this channel, is I don't remember how I found it, don't remember subscribing, and don't really go to the channel for videos. I am on my 4th play of this game. I have nearly 300 hours in but I have yet to visit Thomas Downes (the farmer who gives Arthur the Icky whom you visited in this video). And currently Micah is still in the Strawberry jail. If you never do those two things then Arthur never gets sick and the PoS who kills Arthurt stays in jail forever. You can enjoy the game with no new story missions or hassle. The fact you visited Thomas in this video and got Arthur sick before you started your weight gain journey feels... like you did it intentionally lol

The ironic thing about the intro is that penicillin wasn't ever sought after, it was accidentily discovered when a scientisst was too lazy to clean up his lab equipment
