"Ultimate counterbalance that is capable of stopping the Dragon if it goes to far" Wasn't resilient enough to walk through magma, let alone smart enough to avoid magma. Kind of sad as I was hoping for an actual consequence if you did not manage to stop it. (like it climbing to the top of the tower to confront the Dragon)

They did it like that for a reason. If you stop it before the lava. The thing actually helps you in the end game and fights a dragon, but that also can be missed if u don't go back to it.

What happens? Bro this stupid ass game didn't even give me a chance to fight it. Cutscenes kept triggering even though i was miles away from it. By the time i got to it, it was gone. This game can be so much fun, but sooooo f***king stupid in so many ways.

It's strange Didn't then old dargon dogma was base in i forgot where it was but pretty sure it was not from greece but base in midland from knight from Elizabeth the first? So the second versionof the game base on greece now? Huh????

The first game was a strange mix between Greek mythology and medieval fantasy. There have always been Greek elements in Dragon's Dogma, even the Eternal Return, is a concept from stoicism... And Cassardis, the starting village from DDDA, is a Greek fishing village

The games are not connected. Both games take place in separate universes. According to the devs this game takes place at the same time as the first game, both events of both games are going on at the same time.

@@Unchainedful Really? I'm not sure but (Spoilers) in the True ending I'm sure you kinda visit Gran Soren and Bluemoon Tower in DD2 I thought dd2 was like taking DD1 as an ancient leyend or something. Did the devs said that on some interview or something?

@@Unchainedful That was a lie they said to set up the twist you get at the end of the game. The oceans get drained and you can see the dragon's dogma 1 map. It's set in the same universe just far far into the future.

I loved the first dd this one sucked to be the second and the map sucks so does the story combat is good that's about it pawns are stupid if you ranged they follow so do enemies. Was not worth the 80 Dallas I paid I'm very disappointed.
