when I was maybe 8 years old and in the country for a bit, me and a neighbor the same age had dsis. one day he came over with luigi’s mansion dark moon for 3ds, we were so excited to play but we didn’t know the 3ds worked differently so when he saw the tab on the side he straight up bit it off. like right in front of me. you can guess it didn’t work anyway

This worked with the original gameboy. Needed to cut out the sliding square to use a game genie, also worked with a lot of gameboy color games.

Nintendo literally put that extra bit of plastic there to prevent idiots from putting a 3DS cartridge into a DS and complaining that the game doesn't work, but apparently some people are a little extra idiot...

For anyone curious, the reason this doesn’t work is because 3DS games use the .3ds format which is not supported for DS because DS uses the .nds format instead.

My day is always a little better when I sit down for a few minutes to eat some breakfast. I usually just eat something quick like fruit and yogurt or some quick oatmeal with protein powder and some dried berries thrown in, but just those few minutes to sit eat before rushing off to work make a huge difference in my brain. The wake up and GO-GO-GO sets me up for a bad mental health day.
