Subhanallah.. I thought Jews denied the afterlife altogether, but the quote you read from Talmud is very similar to what we Muslims believe about the world to come. The Talmud states, “The World to Come has no eating, drinking, reproduction, commerce, jealousy, hatred, or rivalry. Rather, the righteous sit with their crowns on their head, enjoying the shine of the Divine Presence, as it says ‘And they saw the L- rd, and they ate and drank’ (Exodus 24:11)” (Berachos 17a). Qur'an states (in translation): " Truly, the righteous will dwell in Gardens and water springs.) (46. (It will be said to them): "Enter it in peace and security.'') (47. And We shall remove any deep feeling of resentment from their chests. (So they will be like) brothers facing each other on thrones.) (48. No sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they be asked to leave it." (15:45-48) And it says: "[Some] faces, that Day, will be radiant, Looking at their Lord." (75:22-23)

So, “the world to come” part ~ is not possible to prove. The challenge then, is to do mitzvot out of trusting HaShem, without really knowing it’s so and for having proof it will be rewarding in the end.

My Gentile horizons are being expanded as I absorb more lectures. I think I am Noahide, or aspire to be. Moses indicates there are "other gods", and it seems that praying in the name of Jesus boils down to idolatry. I was born and raised Roman Catholic, and I believe I have fully recovered. Praise God. Amen.

nobody is holding you from getting on the train. this train is on the move as always. start by trying to follow: Google: BRIT OLAM, Prayer Book for Noahides and NOAHIDE WORLD CENTER We gave this prayer book the name “Brit Olam” (“Everlasting Covenant”), following the Torah’s description of the general covenant between the Creator of the World and mankind, as is written: “And the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud, and I will look upon it that I may remember the Everlasting Covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth,” (Genesis, 9:16).The Prayer Book for Noahides «BRIT OLAM» has received the approval of important rabbis and prominent figures who have written greetings to Noahides in general and to Brit Olam in particular for their labor of disseminating the Torah of Israel around the world.The structure of the siddur is very close to that of the Jewish Siddur, and it includes prayers for regular weekdays and special holidays. Also we include a special section «Gates of Learning» to help clarify the fundamental principles of faith.May it be the will of the Creator of Mankind that the words of His Prophet come to pass in our day and age: “And many nations shall come and say, Come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the House of the God of Yaakov; and he will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths, for Torah shall go forth from Zion, and the word of Hashem from Jerusalem,” (Micah, 4:2).May it come to pass speedily, in our time. may god leads & guide you in righteous ways. be blessed
