I think - If someone orders a product and returns it, instead of sending it back to the seller or return hub they divert the item to a customer in the same circle or city, i once ordered a mouse and received it in 2 days but it had scratches, so i asked for a replacement and it took 7 days to come and this time it came from a completely different state and got a new piece

Yes.. this has happened to me too. I return one item as it was damage one.. once i returned the item.. went for same product and placed order thinking new item in good condition.. for my surprise I received same item which I return earlier.. In another incident i received a return item which is damage and in reviews I saw a customer returned this and she shared some pics.. same item same damage coincidence 😅

incomplete information, correct one is, when you return any product & product is only accepted in original company packaging & seller is unable to repack it; Or product is not in working condition then seller repair it & list it under Renewed/refurbished catagory.

90% of the times really, i am trying to buy new headphones and i got used product and used replacement also charging cables are defective, sellers don't even bother to check before hand (the box is repacked every time not company packed at all), if you send damaged product you have to bear cost you cant sell anything offline also if product is defective. if 90% of sale is loss and damaged how can you manage the business, exaggerated comment lol

*First correct your facts!!* If you want to experience if they're sending used product to different customers or not, Just do below steps: 1. Buy any products from Amazon, Let's say you've bought Mobile or Laptop. 2. Now request for Return(Replacement). 3. Whoah! Now you've someone's else used product in your home!👏🏻 --> You can easily verify the product by checking carefully for body scratches, stickers or scratches on chargers/cables. I've experience of nearly everytime with Amazon, When I return a product due to manufacturing issue. NOTE: 1st time Amazon will definitely send the brand new product most of the time but once you returned it then man you'll get used one 100% like the one you're replacing with them. FYI: They only destroy or sell separately in countries like UK, USA...But not in India!

Yes it's true. But amazon renewed is overpriced as shit considering they are "refurbished". Only businesses selling off their older hardwares etc are cheap to get through amazon renewed(they are also Hugh quality). Plus agar kisi customer ne return kiya hai toh fir obviously kuch issue laga hoga usko tabhi kiya hai toh renewed range Mein defective product aane ke chances bahut bad jate hain.

Haa ji mam maine bhi ek renewed phone purchase kiya tha aur wo 2 months me hi kharab ho gya usme 6 months ki seller warranty thi jab maine usko call Kiya to bole seller se contact Karo aur seller ki details unke pas se jo mila mujhe wo address and contact numbers tak sab fake hai. Ye hai renewed phones ka scam jo ki Amazon kar rha hai.
