What happens to people who DON'T hear about Jesus?

Around two-thirds of the world's population do not believe in Jesus. If this is God's rescue plan for the new creation, isn't that a lot of people missing out?
Although we cannot determine who is in or out of God's new creation we think the Bible gives some pointers as to how to answer this question.

God is just, trust Him. There is a difference between never hearing and hearing and rejecting. We must trust God's perfect character. Jesus lives! ♥️ and is Yahweh God 🙏🏻 Christ ✝️ and King 👑

Those people will be judged on the good and the bad, according to their conscience, of what they have done in their life. What happens to Christians who have not been Baptised ? Those who die in God's grace and friendship and are perfectly purified will be with God forever.

I figured that Jesus will be judge, so everyone will see him. Depends on who (of the ones that haven't heard) have their consciousness humble enough to accept him on that day; and it's said they'll be judged less. We've got more stacked against us because we know so we can't feign ignorance. Lots of people didn't make it past a certain threshold of young ages back then, so there's the age of accountability. Lots of variables to consider.
