I completely disagree about the paint. I love it when the seller leaves the old paint cans. Love to touch things up myself and I have a point of reference.
Hi Mark, in my case I have to rent the house back to the seller for 6 months after closing. How should I go about drafting the lease agreement?. Reason being is that the seller's builder wont be done with the sellers house and it works for us because our current rental lease agreement where we are rented ends 6 months from now so it works perfect for both parties but how should I draft the lease agreement so that the seller pays me the mortgage amount each month which is what we agreed to since the beginning but it's not currently in writing. Closing day is June 30th and where I'm currently renting, I had to put down 4 months and my lease ends December 30th. Like I mentioned, the seller needs to stay till December as well. What should I do? Thank you so much.
