Found a Presonus StudioLive 24.4.2 on Facebook Marketplace from a church estate sale in Detroit. We knew it had a couple bad channels, but then we learned a bit more. This is a video of testing a used digital mixing board procedure and cleaning.
This video also covers the process of sending a Presonus console for factory repair and prices.

They probably swapped the main DSP board. I had a similar issue with the 16ch 16.4.2. I had another defective unit on hand with a dead Power supply and I stole the DSP board from that and the noise issues went away on the good one.

Glad you liked it.. its usually a good idea to stay in order like that to ensure each one is tested correctly ;)

In my personal view, I notice MULIPLE problems with Presonus mixers and in my personal view I notice great difficulty dealing with their repairs department.

16.4.2 has major issues with freezing, internet is flooded. ... they repaired it and its doing it again, now they refuse to fix. am trying to swap out voltage regulators to hopefully remedy the board. great board when it works.
