In her interaction with women from coast to coast Mina discovered a real need for an organization focused on sharpening women’s personal and professional skills. To meet this need she launched the Mina Meetings, a year long program which empowers women to “Know Their Value & Claim Their Worth.”

Prior to launching her business Mina was the only female speaker on Tony Robbins team of speakers who traveled around the county speaking on his behalf. Mina's personal achievements include climbing the highest mountain in SE Asia as well as completing a 12 day trek in the Himalayas.
