Lol that happened to me in Monterrey before. The smallest bill i had was a 20dollar bill otherwise 5dollars would of paid the fine on the spot. I dont blame them they risk their lives everyday for peanuts.

This is funny, and glad you got out of it. But you realize you just posted yourself bribing a police officer on camera to youtube? I know it is very common in Mexico, and sometimes even expected, but its still illegal
