I really love how they find the parallels between food cultures; you do prepare it "kata kat, kata kat." & I like how quickly "huh, I have had eggs like this but not minced meat & huh, I could do that" sinks in.
4:00 Sounds like Fiza will have to try meatball pizza soon! Or meatball parmesan hero (submarine, hoagy, etc.) sandwich (all are regional names for a big sandwich on a long roll). A pizzaria in the New York area would probably just call it a meatball parm sandwich. Beef meatballs, tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese melted over, on a long Italian bread roll, toasted and melted right in the pizza oven and served hot.
Patty Melts are very loved by many but they do seem to be underrated. The sheer amount of caramelized onions and the slower grilling process must make it too difficult for fast foods to handle - the same way that we never see fast food Grilled Cheese.
