For the PS3 and PS4 discs, it did some reading because it is a Blu-ray or detectable in a DVD player in some form, in order to get full results you would need to use your Xbox one’s DVD and or Blu-ray player to get the exact results.

For future reference: you can push a paperclip into the small hole on the left of the console to manually eject any stuck discs.

Hey Jacob, there should be a small hole on the left side of the Xbox. That's a manual eject system. Grab a small paper clip and stick it in. You'll have to wiggle it around a bit. After that, a part of the disc should hang out. Grab it with your hand and pull it out. Hope this helps :)

As of right now, there are 13 XBox Original games that became playable for the XBox One. If you have the original disc, they will start installing like an XBox One game. These same games are available in the Marketplace for $10 each.

You could try the other ejection method on the side of the xbox to push out the disc

It doesn’t recognize it because it can’t read the disk at all. The black cover on the back of ps1 disks made it so ONLY the ps1’s special disk reader could read it. Not only that, the disk used cd-rom data and disks today use dvd-rom data.

At least 4 or 5 of the original Xbox games are compatible with the one x

Would have been fun trying to fish out that little disk if it didn't come out lol

i thought all the Xbox games would be compatible with the Xbox One X as well, that's actually why i bought it. I think a lot of people were misled, and i believe this was intentional.

You can manually eject the disc with that little hole on the left side next to the disc slot and you stick a paper clip or something like that in there

Did you check the bottom? I did it and it did a weird triangle pattern of light scratches on the bottom of the disc afterwards. Super strange. Obviously they rubbed off cause Blu-ray but still.

Instead of getting a knife to get the Gamecube disc out theres a tiny hole on the right side of the console, put a paper clip in there and the disc will manually eject using that knife method might damage something inside the console so dont do it! I know this stuff and i dont own a Xbox one X xD

I just tried a Dreamcast game in my Xbox One X and actually gave me the option to load up Groove music and play the tracks when I clicked on it it just made a horrible buzzing noise( I used House of the Dead 2)

Original xbox games work on xbox 360 and xbox one and xbox one x but it's only so many of them that do until they add more on to the compatibility list

I have a console that is designed for switch PS4 and Xbox cuz it has a drive for Xbox and on the other side ps4 but front top middle u can slot ur switch card in for a switch game! It’s so cool and the background when I turn the console on is like ps4 and switch and can also use every controller but the console is about £400- £550

I looked up that error code and I saw that the error code popped up because the console failed to properly read the disc in the disc drive.

they are compatible with the classic games download idk if disk work but you can for sure download them to your system

Just because it's a 4K system doesn't mean it doesn't play Blu-ray. 4K players are compatible with Blu-ray and DVDs.

I believe it was either the og Xbox and PlayStation 1 where you could put one disc in the other I can't remember which one I'm sure it's easy to find on Google but the emblem for the discs company shows up on the screen and explodes. I thought that was pretty cool

Sometimes decs put extras on the discs. Original Xboxes and blue ray players will read them
