Just heard that some new updates (or even builds) of Xbox One has a backwards compatibility for XBOX... ...only to install some game files onto the drive and requires having to download the full repo of the game through Microsoft Store for Xbox.
For some reason, it wouldn't allow me to play Call of duty: Black ops 2 Xbox 360 Edition, even though the disc case said "Backwards Compatibility". PLZ HELP
Because they're written to work on the different consoles. You may not notice but all the games played in backwards compatibility needs a special update for them to work. This update contains files needed for emulation. Microsoft needs to make these files for each game individually, and it isn't easy.
everyone else: *stretches this type of video to 10 minutes* bk4: *introduces the consoles, the games cast and cuts straight to the action* it's like therelaxingend had a child
@@mattie7856 one of the best games of the original Xbox. I still play it occasionally on the one x since my disk drive on the original Xbox barely functions.
Xbox One can play OG Xbox games, it’s just that it has select titles that are playable. It’s not truly playing the game, either, because it downloads the game, even if it’s a disc. If it’s a disc, the disc is basically a key to the game.
BK4, you forgot an 3DS error (NOT sure if this is an error but). "The game disc cannot be read" Difficulty: Hard Happens when either your cartridge or reader is damaged or something like that.
It happened to me when I put a card in and it thought it was the game I was previously playing. When I clicked it, it said it couldn't be read. Fix was to take the card out and put it back in
I remember having fun playing the OG Xbox that I have still. The only games I played was Burnout Revenge, The Incredible Hulk Ultimate Destruction, and Midnight Club 3.
I Think that you put the discs in and it gets the data from the cloud library so ur not really using the actual game disc... not sure though. I Think its a cool concept supposedly those versions are updated.
Xbox One supposed to play OG Xbox games, but like X360, not all of them work. I think you got that Gun game which sadly out of backwards compatible list of games
thank you for making this video! Im waiting for an xbox origional in the mail it also comes with a game and I use a 360 for my daily consle and I can play the xbox origional game! thx! :)
3:32 the same model as my friends one but nowdays he's saying that he has a red light cuz it got overheated. 8:35 This is how you convert Xbox one into Xbox 360 I was impressed! 10:17 I saw tiny icon of GTA 5
Weird that you couldn't play an original Xbox game on Xbox 360 because my Xbox 360 S (with I think has a 250GB hard drive) can play Sonic Heroes (Original Xbox Game) without issue...
The Xbox 360 is backwards compatible with OG Xbox Games. I remember Jacob R putting in an OG Xbox game disc in the Xbox 360 with a proper hard drive already installed, and it plays. :)
Xbox to Xbox One: Alright, I used to play this game when I was a young little Xbox. And now I’m giving it to you. Xbox One: Grandpa, I don’t understand this at all. Xbox: Well, uh, try this instead! Xbox One: Hey this a cool game! Xbox: What is it with those whipper snappers not being able to read their Grandparents’ discs?
BK4 you forgot a DS error (Black Screen of Death) Difficultly: Hard Happens when fuse is blown or the top screen is not connected The green light shows with nothing on display.
I saw you move to put gta v on the 360 in the one, I already knew the result, got me and my dad angry. It was released as enhanced on the one so using your 360 copy is a big no-no, microsoft wants another £60.
I think FH1 was the best Horizon in terms of the atmosphere and actual gameplay. It made you feel like you were really there as you levelled up and progressed. With FH3 and FH4, I don't feel as connected with it tbh. They're both good games nonetheless, but they felt more repetitive to me; as if you were just a driver for the festival rather than it being YOUR festival. I never really played FH2 before you say so yeah. also FH1 had the best soundtrack by a country mile
