Amazing information. Family members are starting a manufacturing business and need help, so I volunteered to be HR. There are under 20 employees, most will be in the warehouse, (where I'll be as well, in office space) along with the CEO and sales and marketing person. I am taking notes on all of your videos!! I am the HR department of one for manufacturing..I am burning out and I have no support my manager is such a bully 😭

It's unfortunate in so many cases where a manager is a bully. But think about it in a different way, the manager may be under a lot of pressure and is trying to save their own skin, which is the reason why they're only emotion is to be a jerk. It's not an excuse, but see if you can figure out the root cause of their terrible behavior and see if you can find a middle ground. Some people who are hard on the surface are actually afraid.

I’m a homosexual, a SDO took it upon herself to tell another male employee that I lead attracted to him, making that employee feeling very uncomfortable, and I got called to the MDO office being accused of harassment. Is this something to file an EEO on ?
