I've been basically on my couch for three months now due to an operation and only now can slowly get back on my feet. It's pretty hard but I'm hyped to regain my muscles!

It has been a rough couple of months. I'm glad to know that my weightlifting portion will bounce back well. Now, if only that happened with the cardio. Gotta start from scratch, yet again.

Super grateful for this video. I’ve had a really hard September/October so I’ve taken about 5 weeks off. And now I’ve got Covid😭 so there’s another 2 weeks gone hoping to get back into it soon

yep! I used to work out about 2 months ago aswell! My sister gave up and I didn’t like how my brother did his workouts so I had no one to do it with + I hated working out with everything inside of me, but just today I realized after for the past week I’ve been doing some random exercises outside and was like “oh, I really like exercise!” So now I want to start working out again, Haven’t finished the video,but thank you, I’m gonna follow your channel! Edit: I also want to get more in shape, and I can’t do a pull up, I only can hold for about 5-10 seconds 😭 so that’s my big goal, not exactly sure what to Train so if anyone sees this and knows what to train to be able to do a pull up, lmk! Because my brother said my back but I thought it was arms? I’m still new so yeah!

I got a couple shorts out about how tog et your first pull-up! I worked up to 5 but am back to zero so I’m right there with ya! And yay! Thanks for subscribing. Glad you’re finding the forms of working out that you enjoy!

I stopped working out for about 3 weeks because of exams and started to believe, that my progress was shrinking with each day, so your video was a relief to hear 😊 P.S don't know if you notice that or not, but the sound effects are a little to loud compared to your voice volume, so it can be a bit uncomfortable to listen

It’s so hard for me to keep up a routine. I have chronic migraines and most days I’m not able to go to the gym, so when I actually can go to the gym…… I just don’t feel motivated due to the time lost. So I kinda gave up. I’ve been paying for a membership I’ve used for about a month - if that :(

Oh no! Don’t give up. Even doing just once a week or once every other week is better than stopping completely. Just know that you are making progress no matter how sparse the workouts are! Don’t be discouraged. You’ve got this!
