Just did this workout on a strained ankle and surprisingly I was not out of breath . Just started track this week and we have a meet coming up . I am out of shape but I think I’m getting better . Surprisingly I was not out of breath for the FIRST TIME😂😂😂❤TYSM!!

probably not! buut this will probably strengthen your legs so they will be stronger and you could have better endurance possibly? (i run sprints i have no clue😭)
Holy moley, I am in full sweat mode!!!! Saving this one to my tuesday workout. Didnit today bevause i slacked on tiesday. I just started running again in October after 34 years. Im also 100 pounds heavier than i was 34 years ago. It was a gift to myself for my 50th birthday. Now need a lift and core routine for Thursday 🙌
Great channel. Very well presented. Entertaining but professional still. Need to improve all these areas to run faster. I can run long and slow but having difficulty doing my fast workouts because of my body imbalances. Great channel!
