What Happens When Your ACCOUNT Gets BANNED on PS5? 

I found a banned ps5 on ebay they claim it can't be used online.

Shii all my 6-7 years of hard work and support for playstation and they gone ban my account PERMANENTLY because I reported something inipropiate

Yep. This just happened to me today. I was just minding my business playing online. By myself. I haven't talked mess to anybody. Never had one problem at all. Out of nowhere I get the message that I'm banned. No warning. No explanation. I was trying to get in touch with someone from support and keep getting hit with experiencing unusually long wait times please try again. I'm so mad I want to take this PS5 and drop kick it to the next universe!!!!

You don't hear that kind of crazy shit from xbox series S I'm feeling like I might have made a mistake. From what I was seeing xbox series S actually just removes that stuff when it's inappropriate. But people have been banned permanently which is messed up. They have to make a new account and It's ignorant when they could do it a better way without causing stress anxiety or depression in people that are their fans and gamers. It's actually shameful and depression, them causing that could be a Unlawful offense of harm. They could say you could have caused harm to someone else but they are capable of just erasing it and making it as if it didn't happen. Plus if you don't like how people talk or what they say you just ignore them and mute them something along those lines you don't just sit there and cry about it to have the system try and punish the person when you're fully capable of just leaving the game session and join a different one. What is the lesser of 2 evils hurting others because others might have hurt someone else or just getting rid of just getting rid of the comment that was hurting the other. Or muting the 2 so they can no longer communicate with each other. And have it if they both send each other Friend requests them then the separation between the 2 communicating is over because they dealt with it. That way they cannot cause problems with each other. Plus a lot of people go on those systems especially with older age level games love to argue fight and call each other names. That's exactly what keeps people coming back. With obviously the beautiful graphics and good games. The fruitcake systems need to go.
