OMG! guys my ex just contacted me exactly one month today. We had a nasty break up on October 23rd, he literally walked away after a fight we had. I thought he was never coming back and we were done for good. Guys No contact WORKS, I haven't thought about why he contacted me or any possibility of reconciling but I'm just shocked at the fact that No contact works. Guys please coach Lee is a pro at what he does, I listen to his videos almost every day and it got me through this very difficult time. I am still healing..

Also, during no contact, you might well realize you don't want your ex to return and that you are better off without them. You win either way.

So , he did come back 5 months later asking to start over. I can’t tell you how good it felt to reject him.

It’s been 8 months since my breakup. I’m in a new relationship and feel happy, and just yesterday my ex showed up at my door. Funny thing how they come back when you don’t want them anymore. When they go off to see if the grass is greener, they risk someone moving in to help you water your own grass. I think most people who move on from their ex will soon realize that they deserve better and will get better as long as they let go.

"No contact" is teaching us the willingness of letting it go, to have a strong personality, and most important thing is don't look back.

No contact works! I did it for me, not to get her back. Met a better girl that doesn't need to be chased, is stable, appreciates me, and gives back. Do it for you, not to get them back. As soon as the ex found out I was seeing someone, amazingly, she contacted me. I never responded, just as she did to me.

I hate the fact that when you tell your feelings passionately in your truest form they can't take it and decides to take the easiest way out by breaking up.

Ego says love me or I'll be unhappy. Spirit says love is everywhere, cultivate an eye for it. My ex ending things has been the best thing for me.

If they don't value and appreciate you when you are with them, give them the opportunity to value and appreciate you without you. When someone pushes you away or wants to breakup, they are showing they are showing how easy it is for them to walk away. And they will do it again when times get tough. Run like hell and be glad they're showing you their abilities and maturity for a relationship.

Coach Lee’s videos have been phenominal during my last 2.5 months of No Contact. Sadly, I now believe that No Contact didn’t work on my end, but what did work was the time to self improve. Today was the 70th straight day of going to the gym.. I feel amazing and have more self confidence now. Also, Saturday I was offered a new job in the oil/gas industry that will require a relocation and a HUGE raise. I’m looking forward to moving and getting a fresh start because honestly, this is what I’ve needed for years. In hindsight, I can see where attraction was lost on her end.. BUT, that’s ok now. I’m closing that door and stepping through the new one that just opened! And for all those watching Coach Lee’s videos, here’s my tip for you when you know you’re finally moving on… when you quit going to RU-vid or his website daily or hourly and you move to “just occasionally”… that’s when there’s light at the end of that tunnel!! I knowI know this message might not be what you want to hear but I was with my ex fiance a total of 7 years together before she walked out of my life back in November 21st 2019. I immediately did no contact and haven't heard from her since that day and today is December 26th 2022. It will be 2023 in a few more days. It's been over 3 years now. Although I am 99.9% over her I still think about her at least once a day because she was perfect for me. I loved her in every single way shape possible. It's too bad she didn't feel the same about me. I just want to let anyone know who's reading this that although no contact is the best chance you have it may not always work in your favor. This is one of my absolute favorite Coach Lee videos. My breakup was so strange and abrupt. He ghosted and blocked me. There seemed to be a lot of unnecessary anger and I didn’t understand why… I always had an inkling that he was punishing me with the breakup for not responding to his liking to give himself more power and control in the relationship. I may never know for sure unless he reaches out… Binge watching CL videos has gotten me through 31 days of NC so far. If my ex never reaches out, then he walked away from an amazing woman, and I hope he lives his best life, because I know I am regardless of the outcome.

I was broken up with about 4 months ago after a 2.5 year relationship, went into NC about 2 months ago and tbh, I don’t even care anymore. I found a new girl who I’m starting to get to know who seems way better, even if this doesn’t go the way I want it to, I’ve realized I can move on and will move on. She rebounded, blocked me on everything and hasn’t talked to me since. Our breakup wasn’t rage filled either, I was upset, but it was no hard feelings - I didn’t chase, I didn’t name call, or burn bridges, I didn’t do anything that would have gotten me blocked due to spite. That made me realize she couldn’t care less about me, so why should I care about someone who is like that. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Even if she did come back, I don’t want her back now. Especially due to the fact that she was in a new relationship within 2 months - 2 and a half months after our breakup. I’m not trying to sound gross, but knowing she was having sex with a new guy after 2 months of having gotten out of a 2 and a half year relationship made her VERY undesirable to me.

My situation seems like it’s flowing both ways. We didn’t fight when we broke up, and I went and worked on myself, because I was hit with the infamous’ “I want to take a break to figure things out” line. Some stuff happening in between, but a month later she got with somebody else and she called me to tell me about it. “I’m with somebody else, he makes me super super happy. He’s everything I could’ve asked for.” I just said only one word. I said, “ok” and she sounded like she was caught off guard. Almost as if she wasn’t expecting it. All I did was say, “bye” and hung up the phone.

88 days of no contact, my experience i still think about her, my subconscious mind still dreams of her and yes i still think of what could've been if the road stayed how it was. She said the workplace is boring without me and wants me to come work with her for a day or two. She said please multiple times and asked multiple times for me to come back. I kept it cool and said I would think about it. She made a sad playlist with our favourite songs on it. I feel like she does miss me a lot but there’s still work to be done. My ex reached out to offer breadcrumbs (let's talk just on weekends) and it felt wrong to me to accept that when I can meet a wonderful man who will give me lots of love and attention every day. I bought the kit and I am very pleased .. my situation is complicated because I was very insecure throughout the six year relationship. I kinda sabotage my happiness but he also wasn’t very understanding, he also did and said some pretty messed up things to me that broke my heart and made me even more insecure. Towards the end of our relationship I came to apologize convicted and owning to my own mistakes but he never did apologized but kept treating me bad saying it was me who changed him .. I started no contact the moment my gf tried to blow up our relationship when she told me she was in love with someone else, I pretty much said “go be with him” and blocked her on everything, just don’t know what she’s probably thinking but right now I’m more focused on myself and my future

It was 7 years ago. He left on a whim and I told him to “never contact me again”. He did- a year later but with ZERO APOLOGY ( narcissist red flag 🚩), and I ghosted him. He had given me some player vibes already, so I had to do it anyway. But…If he had apologized soon after he left, I may have taken him back. But a year? Nah. He tried again later, including recently ( still no apology, just sleazy flirting) but I don’t trust him. Moved on awhile ago and married a real man I don’t have to play any stupid games with.

167 days no contact, feel way better but do think about them from time to time, the relationship was shorter than the no contact, I sometimes feel the temptation to reach out but usually let the wave pass because I know I'm probably better off without them. Coach Lee, I was the one doing the break up after he broke up with me 6 times in 18 months for no reason at all! I feel I finally gave him the break up he so wanted. Now seeing your videos I am more convinced that he used the break up to make me chase him. I know he is feeling the loss in every fiber of his body. I have gone strictly NC for 2 months already, I blocked him and ghosted him (he used to ghost/Ignore me all the time). He really thought I would never go anywhere. Some say that if the relationship was shorter then the no contact rule works because they’ll miss you and there’s mystery, etc. but if you’ve been married for 25 years it’s a lot different. They separate and then realize how nice it is to have peace, and to no longer have to deal with all the baggage

Listen, first of all dont be waiting for them to come back, learn to be glad there gone, go on with life, its so short and precious , dont have any contact with them, block their number, zero contact, if they try to come back, never, NEVER, take them back ,whatever reason they left for, remember, you meant nothing to them, it was easy fod them to leave, if you take them back, they will do the same thing again...be greatful they are gone, learn, live, and be strong.
