Coach lee is 1000% right. Followed his videos for months. I went no contact for 4 months. She reached out and we met up. We talked and I kept things positive and we shared good memories from the start of our relationship. She apologized and said she wanted to continue talking and take things slow. A week later she came over on the weekend and we talked more and then slept together. I still held back and said I was open to working on things but I didn’t want her moving back in. She left and went back to her sisters. I didn’t reach back out until she texted me asking to meet up again. I told her if she wanted to talk then she could come over and that she will have to put in some effort to show me that I am who she wants. I’m taking it slowly. She is coming over this weekend to stay the night and go out on the lake together. I am going to stay strong and let her make the moves and show the effort before I feel comfortable about moving forward. We had a short discussion about why everything happened but both agreed to let things go and start fresh. 45 days later, my ex and I are now in constant communication and working our way back to each other. No contact works, Do the mature thing, give them space give them the break up that they asked for. It'll give you time to work on yourself and focus on what makes you happy without a relationship. Then you have all these great things you offer and you have the relationship on top of that.

My anxiety after listening to Coach Lee’s voice 📉

It's been over 6 months or so (lost count actually) since my ex last spoke to me and I still remember the time just after we broke up when I got hooked up to this type of videos. I was filled with anxiety and stress over such small things, like I was eager to hear back from her in order to feel complete. Slowly and eventually I understood that I was always complete and only needed myself in order to feel absolutely fine. This videos kept me going for a while but they also created kinda like a spark of hope for something that wasn't there anymore. To all of you listening, it's not bad to try, but please do not lose yourselves into something that needs to be left behind, you don't need anybody else! The best lover that you'll ever find is freedom and your own personal growth, people around you are just toppings that you can choose to have or not! Keep it together folks! Peace ✌🏻

Don’t rush things when your ex try to communicate with you even with a simple text. Keep your cool and greet them in a casual way. Wait until you are positive that you two have a future together.

No contact works. Take this mans advice. I thought the relationship with my husband was hopeless. It took nearly six months of no contact but he’s actually back, pursuing ME. I even moved four hours away to show him I meant it when I said have a nice life. Now we’re spending every other weekend together.

I was dumped a year ago he blocked all my contacts. I tried to contact him every where I could for about a month or two until I gave up and moved on focusing on myself. And last week I got a message from him saying he missed me sorry for everything and asked directly for a second chance. Now we are talking. I told him it's past I don't carry the past when things go wrong I forgive myself and move on only remember good things. When you move on during no contacts make sureyou love yourself enough to move on and focus on yourself wherever they come back or not you make sure you are strong and love yourself.

When I run after what I think I want, my days are a furnace of stress and anxiety; when I sit in my own place of patience, what I need flows to me, and without pain. From this I understand that what I want also wants me, is looking for me and attracting me. There is a great wisdom here for anyone who can grasp it.

I’ve let her have what she thinks she wants, and I don’t contact her. However, she reaches out periodically. I respond, but don’t prolong. I’m leaving her alone, and letting her come to the realization that what we had was truly special. I’ll either be here for her when this happens, or I’ll have moved on. My self esteem is back, and I know my worth and what I brought to our relationship was not something you throw away. It’s either goodbye or see you again soon.

I’m about to just give up completely. For a few days I’m good, the next day I’m down. I wake up thinking of her and it’s so annoying because as much as I want her to reach out I feel insane for expecting a call from her. Your words calm me down every day, but when the anxiety of knowing she may never come back into my life is devastating. I’m praying that God heals the both of us and makes our next one if there ever is one much stronger and built to last. She’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a woman. I try to talk to other girls, but I don’t feel what I felt with my ex. It was pure and so easy to talk to each other about anything that was on our minds. My ex wants back in. But to much has happened and we CAN NOT damage control all this stuff. I’m deciding to journey on by myself and with our kids to find my soulmate. My ex wasn’t the one for me and GOD has shown me this. It never was love, it was using me, lying to me, manipulation, gaslighting, discarding, and all negative stuff. Just enjoy doing things you love and hang out with friends and family, you don’t need your ex to be happy, you need yourself to be happy. I used to be one of you guys in the past when I used to watch how to get your ex back videos from different coaches and let me tell you something, it was all a waste of time so don’t waste your time. Instead watch motivational speeches and develop new hobbies, go to the gym and be fit and eat healthy, try to get a promotion at your job or go to college and don’t do activities to get your ex back but do it for yourself because you like doing what you do. Alright guys I’ve been through so many of these videos with Coach Lee when I was literally in the depths of despair when my man of 3 years broke up with me. Crushed me!!!! I did the typical no contact 2 months later he breadcrumbed me and I fell for it , we met up and I made mistakes you shouldn’t which is giving in too soon and showing all my emotions and even assuming we were back together( cried like a smacked baby lol in front of him ). Just for him to say “ I’m not ready for a relationship again “ and that he wants to be platonic LOL. I can laugh at it now but damn that ish HURT ( still hurts but more faint then raw). I’m not even one to put my business out here but If this helps someone so be it. So at that moment all of my hope was gone and i just let him be , I even text him about 2 more times still in denial. Finally let it go. Never expected to hear from him again for sure. Disappeared off of social media for about 2 months and some change. Welp,it happened. I posted feeling in a good place, and like clock work the next day he DMs me “ how are things “? Then some minutes later he texts my cell the same. (I unfollowed him and made him unfollow me, so meaning he had to actually be actively lurking on my page from time to time. )So I say that to say guys it’s possible for you to hear from someone you care about even when you made in the moment mistakes but don’t count on it either. It feels much better when you just accept things and push through each day. This is coming from a woman who was madly in love and invested and was once crushed. I am still healing but I am so much more in a logical place. Not expecting ish from him but also good to know that I feel like I did the right thing . Which is move on !!! Coach Lee, you probably seen my comments before and you know that I truly admire your way of teachings. As a matter of fact I’ll even say that what you teach among few other good coaches is by far the best way to be if you want your beloved one to come back to you. It does work so did it for me. Having said that, we must understand to avoid some habits that might have the girl being distant from the first place. If we work on ourselves, being strong with patience and remain solid within ourselves we get our loved back, and we still need to be aware that issues could possibly reappear, thus one must remain focused. Your words had a strong impact, you really convinced me that despite all the contradictory states we go through in the "no contact" period, it is worth waiting. If something in the relationship didn't go well now we have the opportunity to find out what went wrong: me and the partner who broke up the relationship, we will rediscover ourselves and find out what we really want from a relationship and if reconciliation occurs there will be a lot better than before and we will be able to talk openly about what we can do to improve. On the other hand, if reconciliation does not occur after "no contact", at least we will know what to do with the relationships we will have from now on. And we have the opportunity in "no contact" to find out if our partner loves us or not.

Three months ago I was here and I followed what COACH advice I was broken and down due to being dumped and betrayed by someone I love, right now I can say I am in a different place emotionally and I am not bothered if she comes back or not all I know is that I did my part and I am okay with it, currently things are going so well for me and I am sure I will find love soonest and be at a place that I appreciate. No Contact works and Coach Lee's definition hits the mark! This does not mean "do not respond"--it means "do not reach out." My ex, who is finishing retirement strong at the end of August, sent thoughtful emails throughout the time apart. I waited 1 1/2 weeks to respond after the 1st two emails, then b/t no response and 2-3 days for others. I energetically let him go on 7/4 Independence Day. After 6 days of silence, on my 7-11 Lucky Day, I purchased the Emergency Breakup Kit. After watching all the videos I received the invitation one month after breakup to go on adventures together this summer and plan forward in September. The comfort of the videos, timing, scripting and most of all patience made all the difference.👍🏻👍🏼

So true about not involving friends and family. Stay on course! Unless you need to apologize, if any one tells you that they no longer want you in their life, give them that. Think of an annoying and pushy salesman who is trying to sell you a product/service that you don’t want/not interested in. Don’t be an annoying salesperson! Respect yourself. I must say that I couldn’t enjoy box office hit movies as I do Coach Lee videos. I basically saw all his video and I’m so stupid not followed his very hard discipline, is going on almost 5 months once my fear start to loose then I contact after 4 weeks with feelings now we get together but shoot is not working, actually after 5 weeks she contacted me and then after 3 days disappeared again,I must say Coach Lee is 100% right and must follow his strict rules which is not so easy! It’s sucks when I know my ex fiancé’s friends and certain family members are filling her head with reason why she’s better off. Despite our problems, (humbling speaking) her and I helped each other stem out of certain ways of living and thinking that made our move forward individually and together. I always told her “if we can get through these hard times now, imagine what the future has in store for us” but time is needed to heal. She’s still on my mind 24/7 but I hope she’s doing well because all I want is success/happiness for her. But I thank her for this because of her leaving, I’ve taken time to truly work on myself and now I’m finally going to college instead of wasting time in misery.

I dont expect her to come back, but it makes me feel better watching these videos. I see her all happy on social media and always with friends, family, etc. If it wasn't for these videos I would be thinking like damn she really has a better life without me, not realizing she's just using them as distractions and will soon go through what I've been going through. Thanks for the advice coach. I agree with everything minus responding back to “ hi how are you?” or other low quality texts or even calls. I disagree with giving into the “testing period” because if your ex is genuine is wanting you back they will say something high value. Why respond to something low value? It leads to miscommunication and false hope.

Our original "break up " was more of a drift apart... nothing drama filled. But my feelings for her were acute during the time apart...that coupled with a bizarre situation she found herself in with a strange dude (that was extremely insecure, jealous, and he ultimately threatened to kill her!) Made her run to her Sisters place in Canada. She reached out when she saw online I was in her Country (Colombia). We met up (testing phase) and I ended up taking her with me to meet my daughters and new Grandson in Germany over Christmas and New Years). She came back to the States with me, lived with me 5 months, then just when I was going to buy another place for us , I was furloughed by my Airline..this scared the shit out of me right when she sorta gave me a Marriage "ultimatum"... one that coincided with a time limit where she needed to make a decision about her new Condo in Bogota...built, being paid for, but uninhabited. I don't react well to ultimatums...that, and I suspected she was maintaining contact with the guy she had met a year earlier during our break up. She said she wanted to be with her Sister in Canada, think things over...I agreed. Found out she went back to the psycho! Result? I love her, miss her, but it came down to the "safe harbor " syndrome...I was being cautious, she took it as rejection or scared of marriage (I'm not...) but my Military side of my brain tells me I dodged a bullet... it should never be forced. It has to be Linear, smooth, a common goal, not forced or one sided. It's too bad. But... I have my freedom, just passed the 737 course, waiting till September 1st to get back to flying. I miss her, but, I have options. Not chasing her.

11:58 - those tests, reaching out etc. can be not only to check if we are still interested in coming back. Those tests in many cases are the "cat-traps". They are checking if we start an emotional conversation, love and missing words, etc. The best thing to do is texting back kindly, saying you're ok, but not asking them anything or making any further conversations.
