All I can say is that when you don't fix it until it's worn out it takes longer to do something because then there is something else that needs fixed also sounds like you have gotten most of the problems fixed
Did an oil pan on a 9500 as well last January. Actually had it off twice because there was a hairline crack that allowed oil to seep out. That and doing anything with the beater/beater grate are two of the biggest pains. And the bearing on the rear RH jackshaft that’s behind the clean grain elevator
Make sure you times the walkers correctly. There is a timing procedure and a torque spec for the walker bearings. If you don’t do it correctly it will start breaking walkers.
Auger trough is a royal pain in the ass. I took 10ga sheet n bent it to follow the shape of the trough n made it fit tight as possible in it. Then welded it in place.
