Heartbreaks really should get the attention they deserve. Thank you so much for making this series. Sometimes it feels you’re all alone and there’s no one to show you how to handle it all. If you have a broken leg, people can see your pain and hold your hand through it all but a heartbreak usually is pain that is custom made and difficult because you gotta pretend to continue with life when you’re not well. Thanks PK for giving us in depth information!!!

A heartbreak can either break you to the point of self-destruction or make you stronger to the point of choosing to forgive the offender for your OWN peace of mind instead of being full of hatred, bitter and anger. It’s not easy but you get stronger with God❤️🙏🏾

My current experience too but just understanding why I feel like I do, that this won't last, that there's hope gives me relief. And like he's saying, I'm seeing it's good to keep other people's company rather than withdrawal to avoid staying so much on what has happened mentally... I thank God!💆🏼‍♀️

Another word for unstable emotion can also be borderline disorder, and the likes of other personality disorders. Yes, they usually stem from traumatic experiences. It's basically your inner child acting out. Once you are able to manage your emotions, you have learned to balance your adult self with your inner child. This should be the goal. Two people responding differently to the same traumatic situation stems from their core beliefs. That is, how they both perceive and interpret the same situation.
