Amen, amen, and A…….MEN! Giada and Ina are my all time favorites! I despise watching people having to plan, cook and serve a 10 course meal in fifteen minutes! Watching Giada is relaxing and educational! Miss, miss, miss her! 👩🏻‍🍳

Really lovely and informative update! Love how Giada is so nice and accessible-reminds me of her persona on the old food network shows. Classy; nothing brash and zany! What a super super busy lady! Love that the new restaurants Luna and Pronto are in my Phoenix metro area! Great there’s going to be some returning to tv. The “membership” sounds exciting.

It's so nice to "see" you and get an update on life! I admire your ability to have various irons in the fire while maintaining a close bond with your family. I'm sure it's not always easy with scheduling, but the fact that it's a priority is so nice to see.

❤ love the updates! Spirit Sis here with a big hello from Texas!...My daughter Teyla turns 16 in May so I understand the driving 😮! My son that was born in Sicily will be going back and visiting sometime this year ! I use your recipes with my kids to bring the "Italian" back into our world. Miss your shows but your online presentations have been so enjoyable. 😊 Cannot wait for a new cookbook! I will be a member!

Thanks for sharing what’s going on with you. You’re very upbeat and it’s contagious. I have a question about the infared. I have advanced ovarian cancer and I’ve been told from many different sources that the infrared would be beneficial for reducing side effects from chemotherapy and immunotherapy and just overall well being. What benefits do you feel you have received from regular use of infrared?

Giada I am reaching out in hopes you can help me find a type of Italian ham. Growing up my Italian Grandmother would serve a thinly sliced Italian ham she called gabigool (sorry the spelling may be off, she was from a small town outside Naples) I can say this ham is not any type of capicola. This ham was oval shaped, pale pink in color, rubbed in warm red spices, then steamed. So delicious. I am craving this ham as I go thru chemo. As a point of interest my Grandmother lived in New Jersey back when most delis were family owned, the dood prepared there. She actually knew some of the Mom and Pops who we find their products in the freezer sections of food stores today. I thought I had found the ham it was called prosciutto cotto, but it was not it. Any info you provide would be most welcome.

Hey Giada .. why bifocals and not a progressive lens? Im curious...i used to be an optician and i think i could break my neck ...again...if i wore progressive lenses lol Yours look like a flat top 35 or an executive lens ...? I may be wrong. The kitchen renovation sounds like it would be something I would enjoy watching but competition cooking, I’m over it. It killed Food Network for me. I want to see cooking shows I want to learn something not watch people compete over making dishes.
